  • Aggression to a dog or other animal or where the dog is aggressive to the owner or a stranger
  • Barking at people, dogs, animals, birds or where the dog barks for attention or at the slightest noise
  • Jumping up at visitors or the dog jumps up at people on walks
  • Pulling on the Lead

I was amazed how quickly the techniques worked on my dogs. Although I know it is going to take a lot of time and effort to obtain the behaviour I want from my dogs, it has certainly helped to pave the way.

Ms K M, Maidstone, Kent

Two lovely dogs, the female needed more help, but responded very well to the training and is well on the way to becoming the well mannered girl that her owner wants.

  • Recall or not coming when called

We found Tina very friendly and open with excellent skills and advice. Our dogs are improving every day. A big thank you to Bark Busters.

Mrs L C, Framfield, East Sussex

Two young dogs with very different personalities, but both needing to understand their position in the household. We dealt with some issues with both dogs together, but others on an individual basis due to their different characters. On a recent visit, both dogs had settled well and the owners were able to prevent jumping up and both dogs were walking well on lead without pulling.

  • Barking at people, dogs, animals, birds or where the dog barks for attention or at the slightest noise
  • Separation Anxiety

I am very pleased with the progress my dog is making, especially as she is 10 years old. Also she seems happier now that we have a routine.

Miss V H, Tunbridge Wells, Kent

A gentle Beagle, not used to being on her own as her owner had been a full time carer for her mother, she developed Separation Anxiety when left.
We introduced a gradual process of separation from the owner who stuck to the programme carefully and has reaped the benefits of a stress free dog and doesn't now have to worry when she has to be left for short periods.

Tina was really reassuring and has helped me even on the first sesion.

Ms V W, West Kingsdown, Kent.

A 5 year old Border Collie x Retriever who was getting his owner up several times a night, every night, by barking. This had been going on for years, but had gradually got worse. His owner had tried sedatives, wearing him out with long walks, but nothing seemed to help and she was exhausted!

I suggested simple changes in routine and some techniques to control his barking and his owner reported back after a couple of days that matters were greatly improved.

Wonderful experience. Everything explained very clearly. We could see a massive improvement by the end of the session. Would certainly recommend.

Mr and Mrs J C, Gillingham, Kent

This little dog had started "guarding" treats, food and his bed, so much so that he had bitten his owners. Basically, he had started to treat the humans as if they were lower members of his pack "telling them off" and showing them who was boss. He was also marking certain areas of the home. We concentrated on getting him to focus on his owners and showed him a new way to behave encouraging him with lots of praise. On a recent visit he was much calmer, quieter and a much more relaxed dog.

It's taken me over a week to return this form as we have been so busy continuing the training tips (which have proved amazingly successful) and switching to a new diet. The new diet has been phenomenal. Happy contented dogs and owners!

Mrs S A, Rye, Sussex

Two Springer Spaniels, one being a rescue previously ill treated and neglected. The rescue boy, having been underfed previously, was very protective over food and toys or anything dropped on the floor that might have been food! He had bitten several members of the family, for example, when picking up a dropped pen! We taught him to leave items and to give up toys using lots of praise when he responded. He soon learnt that he could leave items and that his nutritional needs were going to be satisfied.

Excellent, couldn't believe how responsive Joey was in the first session, the house is very quiet! Many thanks to Tina, very friendly lady and calm with our dog, we all had fun and got results!

Mrs K M and family, Crowborough, East Sussex

Joey had started to become anxious about delivery people and the boxes they carried, launching at the boxes and biting chunks out!! I coached the owners in various techniques to show Joey that he didn't have feel the house was under attack by these boxes and he quickly understood that when the owners took control of the situations, he needn't worry!

  • Destructive chewing that results in destruction of furniture, woodwork etc
  • Pulling on the Lead
  • Separation Anxiety

The way in which Marmite responded to the initial training session was absolutely amazing and she picked things up really quickly. I'm sure I'm going to end up with a beautifully trained dog.

Ms H H, Uckfield, East Sussex

This little dog is a recent rescue who initially was very quiet, but as she felt more secure and loved, began to take liberties! Very friendly, but too demanding for attention, we worked calmly with her teaching her to watch and obey voice and body language and to gradually acclimatise her to be left alone without anxiety or barking for the "pack" to return.

She will be a fantastic family dog.

Tina was superb! She so knows her job; her knowlede skills are amazing. We had over 3 hours of intensive training, but my dogs started to respond within the first half hour. I also found Tina very friendly, patient, dog loving and she didn't judge me or "tell me off"! She is a credit to your company and I am looking forward to seeing her again soon.

I had a dog trainer from another company a year ago and I learned nothing. Tina gave excellent advice on feeding, we tackled problems in the home before going out. After she had gone I took my dogs out and it was amazing how they responded to the training Tina had taught. I realise we will have more sessions to fully tackle the problems, but the improvement I have seen in a short time. WOW! Amazing!

Mrs S M, Biggin Hill, Kent

Two Yorkshire terriers, one(female)a rescue about a year ago. Through fear and no socialisation in her early life the female was fearful of various situations and therefore becoming aggressive and her male companion was learning her bad habits! We worked on giving them both confidence in their owners leadership so that they could give up the responsibility of trying to run the household! Lovely, friendly dogs at heart, they couldn't wait to learn a more social way to behave.

After years of frustration I think we've found someone who will finally help us to train our dogs.

Mrs C C, Westerham, Kent

These two black labradors are very different in character, one quiet and seemingly well behaved and the other boisterous and "in your face". However, it has proven much easier to rehabilitate the "naughty" one! The "quiet" boy was at first reluctant to give up his pack position! They are now both responding really well to the new found confidence of their owners, who are beginning to enjoy their company and walks once more.
