Tracey was fab! After the training session I could not believe the results obtained. I was given the knowledge and understanding as to how to control and react positively when my dog got into the mind of "frenzy". I used to dread visitors calling - now I can't wait for them to come!! Tracey put me at ease right away. I was surprised at how quick Blade was at responding to the command that Tracey told me to use. He is now walking a lot better on the lead and he stops barking almost immediately at the window when he hears or sees someone. He now goes on his bed without being told to, leaving my feet free to move around. "Well done"

Tracey was great, she gave us tons of tips to solve the problems we were having and we have seen a huge improvement already. At Traceys suggestion we have changed our dogs diet to a natural food diet and have seen a huge change in their behaviour because of this.

Overall an excellent course, everything was explained and shown in an expert manner. There is already noticed improvements in Lexi after 1 day.

We would just like to say how impressed we were with Tracey.

Since her visit Max is sleeping downstairs in his crate instead of in our bedroom and is walking much better on the lead.

She also went through his diet with us and as a result of the changes made Max is more happy and content.

It is really comforting to know that Tracey is just a phone call away if we have any problems, so a big thanks Tracey.

Very happy with Tracey. She understood our mistakes and instead of making us feel silly, she empathised and gave us great advice.

Great advice also given on diet, and also about playing with our dog and understanding how he tries to dominate by what we consider playing.
