Tracey was great, she gave us tons of tips to solve the problems we were having and we have seen a huge improvement already. At Traceys suggestion we have changed our dogs diet to a natural food diet and have seen a huge change in their behaviour because of this.

Overall an excellent course, everything was explained and shown in an expert manner. There is already noticed improvements in Lexi after 1 day.

We would just like to say how impressed we were with Tracey.

Since her visit Max is sleeping downstairs in his crate instead of in our bedroom and is walking much better on the lead.

She also went through his diet with us and as a result of the changes made Max is more happy and content.

It is really comforting to know that Tracey is just a phone call away if we have any problems, so a big thanks Tracey.

Very happy with Tracey. She understood our mistakes and instead of making us feel silly, she empathised and gave us great advice.

Great advice also given on diet, and also about playing with our dog and understanding how he tries to dominate by what we consider playing.

I can't believe the immediate results. Cassie seems much more chilled. She's even stopped barking at the dustbin men.

We found Tracey to be very clear, very straight and she told us point blank what we were doing wrong. This was great because it was to the point and no misunderstanding and aided us to get on with training the puppy and ourselves.

We had excellent results and we can now walk her without any problem.

As there was another problem that arose I called Tracey and she came the same day and again showed us how to stop the pup doing what she was doing.

We can't thank Tracey enough for showing us the error of our ways!! There has been a great improvement in Sam and Tilly's behaviour - they even sleep downstairs now!! Sam is not as aggressive with other dogs and Tilly is not jumping up at people passing by.

We thought Tracey was extremely patient and explained the techniques very well. We would definately recommend her to anyone having problems with their dogs.

Tracey was very friendly and professional. She spent time assessing the dogs and defining their individual problems. Tracey's teaching techniques were simply remarkable and precise. The dogs (adult and puppy) responded immediately to her commands. Tracey spent time teaching us her techniques. I continued them during the evening and could not believe what was happening. Tracey is a credit to her profession and Bark Busters and I have no hesitation in recommending her to any customers and Pets with problems. We shall be updating her on our own training progression.
