Thank you Zoe for putting our mind at ease.

Zoe gave us lots of useful background information that made complete sense and helped us understand Ollies behaviour much better. Training is ongoing but already we are seeing a difference and as we as owners are calmer about the situation, Ollie is being more responsive. We would definitely recommend Zoe to our friends and anyone else needing help with their dogs.

B.D., Tewkesbury, Glous

Poor Ollie has already had several homes at only 8 months of age because he was such a handful. As a family member works from home and has clients coming to the house daily we needed to get the situation under control. Ollie needed to know his place in the pack and realise he wasn't top dog any more and this has helped him become a calmer more relaxed dog. He is now able to take on the training and he's coming on in leaps and bounds. It's great to see the family more relaxed as a result.

Earl is doing well at the moment. He has instantly picked up on my leadership which was one area I needed to work on. He is making wonderful progress so far, and although a few teething problems he has greatly improved. Zoe is excellent at teaching, she makes you feel very much at ease and blame free. I would recommend her to anyone. She is also around on the phone/internet for advice between sessions which I found useful.

H.D., Hembury, Bristol

Earl was very destructive in the home because of his separation issues. He was also very bossy for attention with the family, visitors and even from people when they were out walking. Gaining leadership with Earl has made him more attentive to the family and he is so much more obedient. The family have worked very hard, and we are getting great results with Earl.

  • Separation Anxiety

Our first session with Zoe was very informative. We have been working with Lolli by ignoring the attention seeking, changing the diet gradually and closing her in the crate at night times. We have only had a couple of disturbed nights with her! We feel very positive and hopefully in time will solve Lolli's separation anxiety issues.

W.G., Canton, Cardiff

Lolli is a very nervous girl and was feeling very stressed with having to "look after the family", it was important to establish leadership so she realises it's not her job! It will be a gradual process but I'm pleased the family have seen a positive improvement in Lolli's behaviour after the first visit as separation anxiety can end up ruling everyone's life and these issues need to be addressed gently.

  • Puppy Management

Clear easy to follow directions, which had immeadiate results with barking and puppy bitting. As a family we have found this to be very supportive and I would whole heartedly recommend Zoe to anyone.

S.D., Fairwater, Cardiff

We worked at puppy management with the youngest dog, including food issues and toileting issues. And worked on pulling on the lead and confidence building with the the other dog. They had a tendancy to get boisterous when playing together which we also looked at.

Zoe was very helpful and we were amazed to actually find out the inner emotions of a dog and find out why they behave like they do.

Zoe was excellent, she explained everything clearly, and mixes humour and firmness to get her key messages and learning accross to our dogs, and most importantly us! She demonstrates a good depth of understanding of her profession and was very able in replying to our various questions. We highly recommend her.

I've had dogs for over 30 years but Cariad is the first one that has stumped me. I have no recall at all with her and very little leadership. But after Zoe's visit I put into place the things she said and we try to do some training each day. I've found the "BAH" works very well and Cariad does seem to take more notice of me. I know it will take a while, but things are looking much better and it's only been a week.

We were amazed at the amount of info we gained during the first visit. Zoe spent nearly 4 hours with us, there was no feeling of rushing everything. All areas were covered and fully explained and we began to understand the reasons behind them. We have a lot of work to do with our dog and it's going to be a long process but with help and guidance I am positive that we are going to get things sorted with our dog and start enjoying him as a pet.

V.C., Fairwater, Cardiff

This is a complicated case and the dogs separation anxiety is severe! We are having to address lots of areas like leadership and diet along with some other issues, but the family are very commited and I feel positive they can achieve a happy balanced dog which will be an enjoyable member of their family.
