I am delighted with Olivia and Lola's progress, it has now been 2 weeks and I can see the difference. They have taken well to the raw diet, I think this has definitely helped with their behaviour. We still have lots to do but I'm convinced that we will get there.

The trainer had good communication skills. I was listened to and given opportunities to ask questions. All questions asked of me were relevant to MY dogs situation and background. Session using flip chart was very informative. Practical tasks were well demonstrated giving me opportunity to practice with my dog not just left a list of to-do's. I was left feeling hopeful of a positive outcome.

Following discussion with Zoe, we noticed immediate improvement with Suki. The training methods Zoe suggested were easy to follow and use. Zoe was relaxed in her approach and was easy to discuss our concerns with. Whilst we realise we have to carry on with our instructions, we now have the confidence to do so and are far more relaxed with Suki and can enjoy her more.

It was great to learn from Zoe what and why Monty was doing certain things and why he has been reacting the way he has. After only 4 days of implementing Zoe's suggestions Monty is definitely much happier and calmer, although I do miss his "body wag" that he's sometimes too tired to give me after a long day at work. Monty and us are so very grateful to Zoe for her help, thank you.

Mimi had behavioural problems and thought she was the boss. Zoe watched, observed how she was with us and in the home and within the 3 hours meeting, Mimi was put in her place and we were the boss. Being shown techniques is completely different to reading "how to train your dog" and very quickly we are back in control. Very impressed with Zoe and Bark Busters.

I am so pleased with the progress Tilly and I have made. I can walk her without the barking she did previously. It is now a pleasure to take her for a walk. More areas to work on but I am confident she will become more relaxed and less fearful.
