Tim was very helpful and has given me sound advice which I have begun to instigate. So far, it seems to be working although it's early days. I already feel more confident and Molly respects me more as the "master". Fingers crossed it will be onwards and upwards!

Tim was great at our home visit, nice and friendly bloke and you can tell he has a lot of knowledge about dogs! I was really nervous about Dorito being around him but it went so well and I can’t wait to see all the improvements! Would 100% recommend this company to anyone!

We met Tim a couple of months ago to help with our 2 dogs, 1 of which is reactive, he took the time to talk about everything that was going on, he gave us many things to do to help and although it will take a while it's definitely getting better, we've had loads of emails with advice and Tim always gets back ASAP with any queries, it really was and is still a pleasure going through the process and helping our boys. Top marks and thank you to Tim and bark busters from Tubz and Hank.

Practical and down to earth techniques that were designed to fit around our lives rather than the other way round. Sharon is kind, calm and realistic and I’d fully and highly recommend her if you’re looking for a trainer. We had a dog that cried at the bottom of the stairs if I went to the loo, I now have a dog that comfortably stays on her own for 2 hours - absolute game changer.

Tim explained what and why Reggie was acting the way he was and gave easy instructions on how to correct his behaviour. It’s only been a week but there has noticed a marked improvement

Thank goodness for Ben Jordan! We had almost reached desperation point with our two Jack Russell puppies, as despite being a doggy household we were struggling to overcome the multiple training problems we were experiencing. We particularly needed help with their constant barking which was disturbing our neighbours as well as being problematical for us. This attention seeking extended to whenever we were getting ready to go for a walk, the puppies and our older dog would run around barking and were completely out of control as we tried to leave the house. Ben spent a long time with us, really getting to know the dogs and listening to us as we worked through our various concerns. He then started instigating step by step training techniques ensuring we were both confident to use these methods too. We were so pleased to see the dogs responding so well. It didn't stop there as Ben joined us on a walk round the local area, clearly demonstrating the correct way to control the dogs on a loose lead. Since the end of our first lesson we are practising the techniques Ben taught us every day. We are so pleased with the positive response we are getting and the dogs seem so much happier and more settled too. We are looking forward to our next lesson and thoroughly recommend Ben to anyone needing support with their dog.
