I was very pleased with the training that Julie provided. Julie explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions. Our dog Mousse, enjoyed the training and was really responsive to Julie's approach. I am sure that with the homework and our consistent approach, we will have a very happy and well mannered dog.
It was lovely to meet Dawn, John and Mousse. The training session was really enjoyable for all of us and I wish them every success!

I was pleased with the training provided by Julie as she was very patient and remained calm at all times. She was kind and very helpful. She explained things clearly and answered any questions I had honestly. My dog was responsive to Julie and I saw changes in her behavior immediately. I know feel confident that I can train my dog to be a good behaving dog with thanks to Julie.
Tinker bell is the tiniest dog...a teacup yorkie, so she was getting away with things that a larger dog would not! However, she learned very quickly and it was a pleasure to meet Kate and Olivia!

As a trained person centre counsellor/therapist, I know clients need constant support while dealing/coping with their concerns.
I feel/wish for this support while Roxy and I adapt to the techniques and training etc.

We had a lovely morning with Julie and were given lots of really good advice and tips on how to train Patch. Now the hard bit-putting it all in to practice!

Julie was knowledgeable about dog training and behavior. She showed me techniques I could use and made me feel I could call on her at any time if the training was not working.
Diezel is a lovely dog...Just slightly anxious and distracted when out and about. I hope that Stacie will find that he improves using the methods we practised.

Have been worried about Stan's aggression at times with people and other dogs. Julie has shown me that he is not as bad as I think! And that he can be trained to be less aggressive
Stan is a lovely dog. His apparent aggression is more a stmptom of his need to guard the house and his owners. By letting him know that he doesn't need to do this, and by putting some leadership in place we are hoping to have a much calmer Stan.

Julie knows what shes talking about and it works! We have tried many trainers in the past and though they have worked for a while they always went wrong in the end due to the reliance on treats (after a couple days you forget to always carry treats). Bark busters works without treats so there's no panicking when you haven't got any on you, and you can be consistent with the training. Max is much better behaved and actually seems much happier now that he knows his place in the family. I'm so glad we chose them. Though I initially thought it expensive, the one year guarantee makes it definitely worth it and I'm just amazed at how quickly his behaviour has improved. The bruises and scratches on my legs have had a chance to heal since he has stopped humping legs. The techniques don't require you to be overly active which is great for me since I have a long term illness so don't always have lots of energy (don't worry, max gets walked by the rest of the family). I feel like I can do stuff without max constantly demanding attention and he seems to appreciate cuddles all the more now that its me who decides when he gets cuddles rather than him demanding them. I can't praise Julie enough. The techniques are easy to do and really work, and they can easily be adapted for small issues that weren't really noticeable before Julie came because of the bigger behavioural problems. All this and she only came for the first time less than a week ago.
It was lovely to meet Nicola and her lovely caring family, and of course, Max, who had a very unusual and off-putting way of greeting visitors! I'm so glad they have been able to get results, and that Nicola feels she can take a full part in the behavioural training. I look forward to seeing them all again.

Brilliant for us as first time dog owners.
Correcting George & us to do the right thing.
We found an immediate improvement & continue to do so.
George is a real character and definitely got a mind of his own. His owners are working hard at turning him into a lovely family dog, and have already started to realise the signs of him dominating the household and can do something about it.

Julie has been fantastic at showing me how to control Alf, we train little and often between visits and keep on top of what she has taught us. Julie is very patient, and explains things sometimes more than once. She has given me confidence which in turn feeds through to Alf. Each day he is getting better. I can't thank her enough.
Alf is a beautiful german shepherd dog who, although physically a big dog, is quite nervous of other dogs. This can come across as aggression to those who don't know him. My client wanted to be able to take him for country walks without fear of him lunging and barking at other dogs. He's getting much better and enjoys our walks with my two dogs. He's stopped being so reactive around other dogs now, and I'm sure he will soon be fully confident that other dogs pose no threat.
