Nala has changed dramatically after I have followed all of the advise given by Jacquie. She is a completely different dog in the best way possible! In two weeks we had eradicated her anxiety seperation which was a constant stress for me (and Nala). We are both much happier now and cant wait to continue training and learning about heel walking! THANK YOU JACQUIE

Jacqui is always very personable and knowledgeable with answers, thinking outside the box for solutions/ ideas. She was quick to suss out Mojito's personality and how best to get us to stop being passively lead.

Just an update on Stanley. After a single bah the first morning he hasn't barked in the morning since. I think the combination of food, crate covering & general leadership have also really helped. He's not yet perfect, but MUCH more respectful in the house & generally better behaved. Thank you so much.
This little dog was getting his owners up with his barking very early in the morning.
They can now have a lie in, especially at the weekend!

Jacquie made us feel relaxed even though Ralph kept barking at her to start with. She explained things very well and we learnt a lot from what she told us. There was improvement with Ralph by the time she left. We have changed his diet to raw meat, he seems calmer now, We still need to work more on the barking when people come to the house and to be able to get him to the vet for Castration.

Jacquie was brilliant and really knew what she was talking about, she went through everything in an easy to follow way and we have already started to see changes in Barneys behaviour.
Barney is a SBT, a joy to train. Lots of attention seeking behaviour with toys, but he stopped doing this within 2 hours of me leaving. Still a little way to go but has come on leaps & bounds in 3 weeks.

Jacquie has been most helpful and informative. My dog is responding very positively.
lovely little westie who likes to bark in the garden, at the TV, & people & dogs passing by the house.
He has done very well in a short space of time, & the owner now gets to watch the programmes of her choice!

I have seen Jacquie a second time since our first session. Ben had a habit of biting me whilst walking and getting very over excited. To the point it was a horrible chore walking him. Jacquie has helped me re-establish myself as a pack leader. We have no more biting and no more over excited-ness! Result!! I am so happy! I have new plans in place for using his brain which makes a huge difference in the house, making him work for treats and food. Walking him is wonderful now. We are now addressing issues where he is more interested in other dogs (better than biting) so working on his recall. Although what you teach becomes obvious and not rocket science , it takes having someone there with you to encourage you as an owner that you are doing the right thing. And you have seen it all so it helps having experienced and knowledgeable trainers assisting at each step. I have recommended barkbusters to anyone I can.

Jemma is already more relaxed when I leave her. She will walk on the lead without pulling unless she she's another dog or cat!
She is one recalling on long lead most of the time. After 3 weeks she has made good progress especially as she had no previous training or worn a collar for 5 years.
Jemma had been kept in a scrap yard with her brother & mother since she was a puppy.
Her progress has been remarkable since she has been with Ann, however we needed to go back to the very basics. Another couple of weeks should see the recall really taking effect.
An update from Ann. Jemma has been accepted as a Pets for Therapy dog which is great news, & the training especially the recall has been very successful. Well done to both of them!
