Both my dog and I have responded well to training techniques explained to me by Linda. However, I have not managed to master the Canny collar so Tazzy has missed out on this element of his training (this I intend to address and rectify)!
I have found it difficult to remain calm at all times, I do, however, realise (in fact am acutely aware) that the more patient I am the greater the positive response/reaction from Tazzy.
I trust with Linda's help and input and my hard work I will be able to approach all situations safe in the knowledge that Tazzy will behave appropriately.
I revisited Tazzy on 3rd September and his owner can now walk Tazzy on the Canny collar, it wasn't fitted correctly but with some extra tuition she reported back to me that she is enjoying her walking with him and feeling more confident. She has worked extremely hard with him and I could not believe the difference in his behaviour by my second visit. Well done Tazzy.

We initially contacted Linda some two years ago and we had tremendous support from her with our two dog terriers. Recently we have had a bitch terrier added to our family and sibling rivaly started. The level had increased over a number of weeks and at our wits end after the last fight, we feared one of the dogs would be seriously injured, we made contact with Linda. Though our guarantee had expired she made the time to visit us again as she was in our area. We can't thank her enough.
What a relief, with words of encouragement, refocus on some basic techniques and introduce some practical house rules we saw a calmness return to our household. We think the terriers are happier too, they seem to understand the reinforced boundaries and we feel back in control. Thank you Linda, your expertise, advice and support was greatly appreciated. Especially thanks from Dibble, Barney and Milly.
I had to help these dogs, I really didn't want to see any of them have to be rehomed especially as Milly was a rescue dog. Their owners are committed to the training and I'm sure there will be no further problems.

Hello Linda, I just had to tell you what we have done today. I took Charlie to a local pet show and I was brave enough to register him for the show ring! I wasn't intending to do that, I thought Charlie would be all over the place and that I would forget things. Time came for the show ring. I knew even if we did well I couldn't get a prize because my son owns part of the company which was organising the event. Well, suddenly there we were, walking around in the ring, fast, slow, fast, very slow and finish with a normal walk. Charlie was brilliant, he seemed to enjoy it as if he had been born for it. We were chosen for the next round and judging. When the Judge came up to me she said that she was sorry she couldn't award us any prizes and if we hadn't been related to the company she would have given us second place because she said, "You and Charlie were at one with other, he trusts you and keeps looking up at you. You kept talking to him and your body language was good. No treats and clickers (and there was a lot of that going on and Charlie hardly reacted to the noise of the clicker although he knows what it means, he just carried on). He didn't fidget throughout the waiting time, he was very patient. Continue your training and you will have a really good, willing dog." Amazing, that meant such a lot to me and has given me more confidence with Charlie.
However, I owe a lot to you Linda, because Charlie and I are beginning a special relationship and it is you that helped this happen. Thank you, today was a special day!
This show took place just two days after my second visit/session with Charlie and his owner. You can imagine just how pleased I was with their result. Well done to them and with all the hard work Charlie's owner has put in he will continue to grow into a well mannered boy. Congratulations.

We got Betty one year ago from a rescue centre when she was approximately one year and eight months old. She had hardly had any training in the past and we were finding it very difficult to control her. Having found Bark Busters on the internet and after reading the testimonials, I decided to give them a ring. Linda came on her first visit to our house in April 2012. Within 15 minutes of her training Betty I was amazed how she got her to do what she was told. We went on a walk around the village and Linda put a Bark Busters training collar on Betty. Within five minutes she was walking to heel and had stopped pulling.
We have had several revisits from Linda and Betty has improved so much with her walking, aggression towards other dogs as well as her behaviour in the house. We are amazed how Betty's changed within the three months that Linda has visited us.
Linda is very professional, friendly and calm and she explains everything in a way that I can understand. She will visit anytime that we need her and is always there for me either face to face as well as via telephone or email for advice. She's given us the knowledge and the know how to train Betty properly. With Linda's help Betty, who used to be a very naughty Jack Russell, is now becoming a lovely little girl.
We still have a few issues, mainly with Betty not liking other dogs, but even this has improved tremendously since Lindas' help.
We are very confident that Betty will improve even more with Lindas' help and we would recommend her to anyone. We cannot thank her enough for all her help and advice.
Betty is the sweetest, smallest Jack Russell I've ever met. She responded to the training immediately but so did her owners! With their guidance she will be perfect in every way. Recently they took Betty on a walking holiday in the Lake District and her manners were perfect, so much so that they found the time to inform me of her progress during their holiday. Well done Betty and family.

Linda introduced me to a completely new type of training for my naughty Giant Schnauzer puppy (8 months), which proved amazing. It is now ten days after Linda first trained Charlie .. and me! It seems she can sort out every problem with a dog and afterwards he seemed like a different dog. However, I am aware that this training will take much work and practise, but being more in control I enjoy practising with him, it is not hard work, it is enjoyable. I found Linda very calm and reassuring and such a lovely person who appears to bring magic into the house. I am now looking forward to the next session. Charlie is much more peaceful now and responds to corrections and because I was letting the dog boss me, I had work to do to change this. I can't believe the difference after Linda's training, Charlie now responds to (most) things I ask him to do. I can't thank Linda enough, my life is so much easier as most of the behaviour problems have improved dramatically. He is a pleasure to take on walks and I can understand him better and our relationship has immensely improved. Of course, there are one or two things that Charlie tests me on, but I am aware now and know how to manage it. My house is now a happy house, with a happy dog and I am certainly much happier. Thank you millions Linda. Bark Busters are marvellous.
Charlie is a beautiful young dog and is eager to learn. His owner has spent a lot of time training him in various ways and I love that she has trained him to wipe his beard hair after he has drunk from the water bowl on a towel left for him on a kitchen chair, yes true saw it with my own eyes and when he came over to me his beard was completely dry. So now I have to try and train my Boxer Oliver to do the same!
I did a revisit with Charlie and his owner on 26th July. He has responded so well to the system and his owner is very proud of him. We did some other work with him and he again responded well. At the end of the session when we got home Charlie played the piano for me! Yes, true - he can do his scales.

I feel confident that with Linda's help I will be able to overcome the problems I have been having with my dog and the problems my dog has with me.
We have only just completed the first session and there will be follow up sessions and homework to follow to help the owner and her dog.

We saw immediate results with easy to follow guidelines. We have been able to put everything Linda taught us into practise with success. Meg still has a lot to learn but we now feel much more confident and able to control certain situations better.
We were also advised to alter Meg's diet which she is not only enjoying more but we feel she is less hyperactive.
Meg is still a very young Border Collie that was very anxious about visitors, barking and backing away from them, she lunged at cars, bikes and other dogs. Even after I was in their home for a while if I dared to move it would start her off on the barking and daring herself to have a lunge at me. After the intial session we could see an improvement in her and on my second visit I was almost sure she was a different dog! She was laid down on the floor in the living room relaxed. Meg's owners have done a wonderful job on her and her behaviour is much improved. I will be continuing to support Meg and her family with any problems they have with her.

Linda works in a professional and friendly way, explaining simply how to address Ozzy's problems. We still have a long way to go, but there is an improvement so far.

Deefer has responded very well to the 'pillow' and the bah command. He is much calmer since training began and people that call say how much better he is. The Canny collar has been wonderful for walking and he is now a pleasure to take out.
We still have a long way to go but seem to be on the right track - not bad for only eight months old. Thank you Linda.
