Linda was lovely. Tommy loved her and for a youngster he is doing well no jumping up now and still learning getting better each day. We are so pleased.
Tommy was so eager to learn and he has great 'teachers' in his owners. I must admit to wanting to tuck him into my bag and 'steal' him away he was so cute.

Linda really is lovely and was patient with me aswell as Spud during our first session! Spud is a rescue staffie who was overly hyper, dog aggressive and loved to jump up at people and pull on the lead. We saw a change in Spud immediately and a week after our first session he now walks like a dream (99.9% of the time!) - He's stopped jumping up at me when I come in the door, tripping me up on the stairs, he has calmed down a massive amount and is much more obedient. Probably most importantly we can now already walk past another dog without a big display of aggressive behaviour - and this is after a week. He will sit and wait patiently for a treat instead of snatching, and can be in a separate room from me now without becoming upset. He's got a way to go yet but with Linda's help we already have a happier, healthier pet and he's learning now that the boss is me, not him! Thanks so much Linda and really looking forward to seeing you again.

Linda was very friendly and helpful. She was calm and confident and taught us how to respond more effectively to Barney. We have been practising what we were told and have seen a big difference in some of his behaviours. We will need some more lessons and some more advice, but thank you so far.

Linda was brilliant! I felt at ease talking with her. Buddy responded first time to her, with door manners, and then first time to me, I was absolutely gobsmacked! My husband was shocked when he came home from work, and buddy stayed still while I opened the door and he didn't get jumped all over. The hardest thing is changing our approach, but so far so good. Am looking forward to training when out walking. Linda was fantastic can't praise her enough! Thank you so much Linda.
Buddy is such a great dog and so easy to work with, although I did think I might have had my work cut out on first meeting him! Such a beautiful boy and one his owners can be so proud of. Looking forward to working with him at a later date. Well done Buddy.

Linda is a lovely lady, friendly, explained things clearly. She encouraged us with advice and little tips she uses with her own dog and when she left we felt confident and more relieved that we made the right decision to get some help. We covered our pet on the lifetime cover and Linda is going to be visiting us quite often in the future until we get our Labrador Eddie back on the right track again. Linda assured us we would get the help we need for as long as we need it.
I have already made a second visit to Eddie taking my own dog to help with Eddie's fear of walking out of his cul de sac since a loud firework frightened him. We managed a lovely long walk with Eddie following us with his owners for over a mile. Fairy steps are needed until Eddie feels more confident in this area. It's going to take time and patience.
