What our Clients are saying about us
Fantastic! Lynn listened to our concerns and that provided logical/do able advice on how to address them. My major concern was 'solved' within 24 hours which was amazing (and continues to be solved 1 week later).S.F., Watford, Hertfordshire24th August 2017
Lynn came and spent a very informative and unbelievable 3 hours with us. When she arrived, Tor was his usual bouncing around, bringing over toys, demanding attention and not listening. Very quickly, Lynn showed him who was boss and he became a different dog. He did not like being ignored and played up as we were going through the training process and discovering that although we thought we were training him, Tor has very much been training us! However, once we moved onto the exercises and Lynn showed us how to properly train him, Tor responded beautifully and is still following the training amazingly well. We were lost before calling bark busters and even though it has just been one week, the difference in our dog is astonishing. It has been the best money spent and Lynn is a master of her craft!F.L., Kings Langley, Hertfordshire7th May 2015
Lynn came straight in and quickly identified our problems with Maisie - even though some of these were not necessarily ones we had previously flagged up. Maisie took to her straight away and responded very well to all aspects of the training. She made such amazing progress over those three hours that when my son got home from work that evening he could not believe she was the same dog! I would not hesitate to recommend Lynn to anyone with problems with their dog, even those who, like us, have previously attended training classes.F.R., Watford, Hertfordshire2nd August 2014
We came across Bark Busters in Google and after toying with local obedience classes or having the benefits of in-house training and support from Lynn at Bark Busters, decided to commit to her Puppy Management Programme. We have been absolutely delighted by the service and information we have received so far. Lynn initially spent over 3 hours with us and covered absolutely everything we need to know about raising and managing a puppy, and is subsequently available to talk to us or visit whenever we need her to for the next year. She is an incredibly passionate and well informed trainer and educator, and in no time had our puppy paying attention and responding. Within a few days I had another small issue I needed help with and Lynn was available within a few hours to offer advice. Hand on heart I honestly feel this has been the best decision we have made since getting a puppy - and we look forward to raising her into a well mannered and obedient member of the pack. If you're serious about having a dog and want to ensure that he or she fits in with you as opposed to you fitting in with him or her then I'd give Bark Busters a call.M.W., St. Albans, Hertfordshire2nd April 2014
I actually can't believe how much of a difference a 2 hour training session made. My dog Dexter had become aggressive and was barking at EVERYTHING - and Lynn explained to me how he was trying to protect both me and the new dog we had brought in to the family. In a very short amount of time she was banging on our front door with only a single bark from him, and he was no longer rushing to the door. Another thing that was driving me mad was him pulling on the lead and again she showed me a really simple technique that works every time. She has shown me how to always be in charge so that he doesn't feel the need to do the job for me. We had a visitor around for the first time in months at the weekend and although he barked a few times, after 10min they were in the garden playing fetch! I'm still working on things with them on a daily basis but it is getting much easier.D.P., Ware, Hertfordshire20th March 2014

Milly does not bark at night anymore and we have set the alarm to 6am with no problem, moving the time along 15 minutes each morning. We have left Milly alone in the crate from 7pm to10pm with no problems,as we recorded her while out for the evening. She has perfected the mouse game and will sit and look at treats in open hand on floor and wait for the treat in other hand.Milly now is a different dog thanks to Lynn Prentice teaching us how to connect with Milly.Out of a rating of 5 for the professional training from Lynn,we score her 10+.

Lynn was with us for 4 hours and was fantastic, making a real difference to us and Maddie immediaty. Lynn spent time really understanding the issues we had with Maddie. Once that was clear we went through a series of training exercises that Lynn left us to practice with Maddie each day. It’s only been a week and we have a way to go but the improvement is already signifgant and can see that if we stick with it we will get there. Lynn has a great manner, she is very knowledgable, explaining why and how a training method will make a difference. She answered our many questions patiently. The whole family joined the training and Lynn even managed to get our teenagers engaged ! We have already put in a call with questions to Lynn and had a prompt response and offer to call as needed. We cant recommend Lynn enough and wish we had made the call sooner.

Lynn came across as very experienced and the dogs immediately responded to her so we were reassured straight away. With two dogs we were struggling but Lynn taught us simple but very effective methods to us, We have only been working with Bonnie and Dexter for a week but already our house is calmer and friends and family have noticed the difference. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone!

Lynn explained everything and demonstrated the training very clearly, giving us dietary advice too. She took great pains to ensure that we understood how important posture and body language is in establishing strong leadership with our dog. We immediately ignored his attention-seeking behaviour indoors and this has ceased! The leash aggression is vastly improved around cars and is improving slightly with other dogs. His walking on the lead is so much better too, but still a fair way to go. We are really pleased with the progress so far.

Lynn had really useful information and training tips, I could see an instant improvement on Lana during our first session. We discussed every issue and Lynn demonstrated training techniques for all of them. I like the fact that the training is all about getting my dog to listen to me rather than food!

Excellent session, advice, training, attitude.
Lynn took the time to evaluate Gizmo's needs and our family's needs. She identified priorities and how would Gizmo respond to training. She carried out the training at the right pace for both G and me. Gizmo started responding immediately. I have continued training him daily. Slow but steady progress (but he is an adult dog!)
