Shauna explained everything really clearly, then demonstrated some exercises to set the scene for the behaviours we needed to address; mainly barking at other dogs on walks and when passing the home and chasing our cat. We are one week into practicing the exercises and we are seeing a very positive response to the exercises. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Shauna and would highly recommend her.

Gavin spent time explaining why we had the issues we had with our pups,this gave us a greater understanding of how,with Gavin's help, we could train them successfully.Gavin was very positive and gave us confidence that we could improve the pup's behaviours over time.We cannot thank Gavin enough for his time,expertise and encouragement.

What can I say . Within the first hour Neil had him sitting lying down and stopped him jumping up at you when walking through the door. Absolutely brilliant.

Amazing transformation….!!! We are still in shock…! We contacted Kevin as we were having issues with our 14 month old Cavapoo, Blaze who was trying to be the ‘top dog’ and rule us all – we knew what he was doing, but we had no idea how to stop it. His behaviours were, over excitement when meeting people, separation anxiety, excessive barking in the garden and recall issues. On arrival Kevin immediately put us at ease, and within the hour we had a totally different dog. Overall Kevin spent 3 to 4 hours with us, both inside our home and out and about in our local community. He addressed all the issues by embedding the straightforward technique that was initially learnt. We cannot believe that something so easily enforced can work so effectively. We now have a very well behaved dog who is much happier, settled and contented now he knows that it’s not his responsibility to keep us all in check. Our sincere thanks Kevin.
