We may also record email receipts and opening dates and times, of emails that we send to you, as part of our contractual obligations. This is to verify that you have received an email that we have sent to you, for example, explaining your legal rights and the cooling off period, under distance selling regulations.

We do collect information about website usage and statistics. This includes pages people visit, their general location, the time spent on a webpage and how you found our website etc. This helps us to maintain and develop our website. Time of booking - to provide information to you on the services available, the availability of appointments, to pay for the service, to send you appointment confirmations and distance selling contractual obligations.
Your trainer - to provide information to you about your training lessons, payment of the service, appointment confirmations, availability of appointments, cancellation of appointments.
Updates - We may use your information to send you updated details of training instructions, confirmation of appointments, appointment reminders, appointment cancellations, dispute or complaints notifications. This can be in the form of email, text message and telephone calls.
Franchise enquiries - We may use your information to send you details of our franchise and how our business operates. We may use a carefully selected third party to monitor and service our franchise enquiries, who will have access to your data.
Where we store your information.
The personal data we hold is stored on internal servers or cloud-based servers in the UK. Your information may also be held on your Bark Busters trainers UK based computer and/or mobile device for the purpose of communicating with you and delivering the service to you.
If you sign up to our newsletter, your information is stored on an internal UK based server or cloud-based server within the UK.
How long do we keep your data?
If you have enquired about our services but have not gone on to purchase our service your information will be held for six months in case you change your mind. After 6 months any identifiable data will be deleted/removed.
If you have purchased our service, we will hold your information for the required period to fulfil our contractual obligations in delivering the service and as required by UK legilastion, such as tax records.
None Support Guaranteed Services: Any identifiable data will be deleted/removed 7 years after your first lesson date.
One Year Support Guarantee: Any identifiable data will be deleted/removed 7 years after your first lesson date.
Lifetime Support Guarantee: Any identifiable data will be deleted/removed 18 years after your first lesson date. This is because your data will be required for a long period of time to fulfil our contractual obligations of the support guarantee.
Franchise Enquiries: Any identifiable data will be deleted/removed 2 years after we receive your information.
Access to information and correction of your information.
You have the right to request information that we hold about you. You also have the right to correct any data we hold about you. If you would like a copy of the personal information we hold about you, this can be requested by writing to the address below.
Security of your information.
