Amazing the difference even one session has made! Aston is a different dog. Long way to go, but on the right track with renewed enthusiasm and vigour!

I could not believe the difference in Trixie's behaviour in such a short time. Even the next day I let her off the lead (still attached) to run free. She is now testing me and eventually comes back. We still have a long way to go with building (hers and mine) confidence but I feel there is light at the end of the tunnel. To see a dog not been out of house/garden for 5 years running around is wonderful. She is also responding well indoors when checked.

Have a dog that is dominant and hyperactive. Andy advised us to go on Raw food Diet. He was right. Hooper is now calmer. Andy was very Professional, Knowledgable and Helpful. Have seen Andy on 3 occasions so far, and are looking forward to seeing him again... Cant fault the guy! Thanks Andy, Dave, Caroline and Hooper.

The service has been fantastic. Andy is very pleasant and really calming. It has transformed our lives that Paris doesn't disturb us through the night and we can enjoy uninterrupted sleep again.

I actually can't put into words how helpful & good our trainer Andy was/is. Millie is a rescue dog with all the usual stuff, specially anxiety, paces, won't make contact or trust people easily, & worryingly that includes my parents too whom I live with at the mo. Andy helped with all of this, trained us to cope with the situation, made things so much clearer & today has been wonderful to see her getting closer to my Mum & actually taking food now from my Dad. As Andy said it will take time, but this has given me hope. Thank you so much :-) NB Millie was not from a rescue centre, she was rescued from a situation which was very bad & I was given permission to become her owner, if not she was going to be put down.

Andy was obviously very competent and loved dogs. He was very patient with both Carlos and us and showed us useful techniques and tools to used to help settle our fear aggressive rescue. He has also been available on the phone both before and after the training session and reassured us he would be back if we needed him. Thanks, Andy

Only had one session so far but very happy with the progress Bry has made, was actually very surprised how soon he started to respond to the training.

I think the training session went very well. Andy is very professional and very confident in training both the dog and the owner. which is for me reassuring. I've myself learned a lot through the process so I can now help support Fanny through it. The first part of the session was intended to work on Fanny' separation anxiety. Before I've met Andy, I could not leave Fanny alone in the flat without her start screaming enough to disturb the whole neighborhood. Today I can leave the flat as she can better manage her anxiety. The second part of the session was intended to work on her anxiety towards other dogs translating into aggressive behavior. We've since made a lot of progress on the recall and pulling. Walking with Fanny is getting better every day. She is still though very anxious towards other dogs. But hey, Rome was not built in one day! I am convinced that we will overcome this situation with Andy' support and my desire to succeed.

Our Labrador Emma had pups 7 weeks prior to joining us. She is 18 months - 2 years old and as a young dog requires attention which she hadn't received. Your therapist explained in detail how to train and enjoy our dog. We explained to him that although we had Labradors for the last 25 years each one is an individual. The session with Andy was excellent. He took his time to explain the finer points needed for our dog who is just starting to understand commands - We look forward to next visit

The lesson was very good. Andy explained everything and demonstrated various things reqired for the training. We have a year guarantee and I know that if our dog developes any issues we can always rely on Barkbusters.

Andy was brilliant! i had scooby walk by my side within the first session. he taught me how to deal with her when she is anxious and gave me lots of useful information. i would recommend Andy to my friends and family

After just one session it is already possible to see improvements in my dog's behaviour today. She was [previously] more aggressive with other dogs. Leadership is [now] more mine then hers and she is becoming less anxious. Andy, the trainer, was excellent with me, with my dog, and so professional that I have already started to spread the word about the wonderful service he has provided for us. I am so pleased and glad that I keep asking myself why I didn't do it earlier! I'll be sharing this feedback online.
