Having been recommended to Ben by a couple while on a dog walk, I can honestly say that with his guidance and thorough demonstrations, he has helped us to start enjoying walks with our dog. We had issues with lead pulling especially and this was resolved within half an hour of being outside. Having 1st done some training within the house and property boundaries it was a joy to see that Ben's advice and guidance was quickly showing signs of promise and the results were almost instantaneous. Carrying on with the training we are seeing progress on a daily basis and I couldn't recommend the service Ben provided enough. Thankyou.

Ben was great very nice/polite pointed out some simple things we were doing wrong with our dog and why. Showed us a new way of reinforcing behaviours that we wanted and so far everything has stuck. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing help with their own dog

Well it's been a month since Ben's visit. I am so happy and delighted with the result from just one training event. I would say that improvements have been 70/30 with me needing the 70% improvement and confidence to train my dog effectively. Skye understands and improvement was almost instant and that is no exaggeration. He is still young and will try it on when I lapse but I now have the knowledge to correct unwanted behavior. Our walks are such a joy now. Thank you from Skye (10mth Border Collie) and me for putting our relationship and future on the right track.

This was our first meeting with Ben. Ben arrived on time at the date agreed. Ben took his time to tell us about himself and Bark Busters. Ben introduced us to a number of basic training essentials ensuring that my wife and I fully understood the examples. We also completed repetitive training drills with Millie. We plan this arrangement to last the whole of the coming year and We are sure that we will I still some good dog manners etc in Millie during that time. We are so pleased to have come across Bark Busters when we did. We had been having a very difficult time trying to train our dog, Luna, to be left at home alone. Ben from Bark Busters was very understanding, and also very good at keeping everything straight forward. After just a couple of different small exercises he showed us with Luna, you could already see changes to her response when she was in a different room to us. By the time Ben left us, after a 3 hour session, we had a dog who simply laid down and went to sleep for the duration of us being out of the house. Since we were used to immediate barking, whining and howling as soon as we left, we are so impressed with how Ben's help and techniques solved the issue almost straight away. I now always recommend Bark Busters if anyone tells me they are having problems with training their dog. A very good service, and great peace of mind to know we can contact Ben anytime for the next 12 months with the Silver Guarantee.

I found Ben very professional, knowledgeable and skilled. He put me at my ease straight away and my dogs loved him (always a good indicator). The training methods were effective from the start and I’m confident that in time we will achieve the desired results. I was flabbergasted at how quickly and thoroughly my dogs responded to Ben - he was kind but firm and left them in no doubt as to what he expected. I suffer with a lot of pain in my shoulders and wrists so walking three determined, pulling dogs leaves me unable to move my arms for days after … Ben and I took the dogs out and he recommended ways to stop them pulling and how to prevent Dolly reacting to other dogs whilst out. I couldn’t believe the difference in them even after just 30 minutes or so. I feel optimistic about eventually having three ‘normal’ dogs - it’s when for me now, not if. Ben also advised on ‘games’ for the dogs to stop them becoming bored too quickly while I’m at work - all of which have now been implemented … thanks Ben.

Right from the start Ben filled me with confidence he is so knowledgeable and friendly. The first session lasted nearly 4 hours, we did some lessons in the house and then went out for a walk where there were quite a few dogs, as we entered the park my reactive dog barked and growled at a dog leaving, Ben immediately took control and let her know this was definitely not acceptable, for the rest of our time he was teaching me as well as Maya how to behave correctly. We have put this training into practice every day since his visit and I am most definitely seeing improvement in her behaviour. He has given me the confidence to take her out and not avoid other dogs at all costs.

Ben arrived and filled the room .He is tall and imposing and not what I expected . But wow does he understand dogs. I have 2 Daschunds and they are fearless and in control in their own home so they were as surprised as I was when he took control of them and they immediately responded. His technique almost had me sitting on command. After an hour my wife and I were given coping skills that have proven invaluable. I am very impressed and I am not someone who is impressed easily. It was a pleasure to work with him and for him to share his skills and compassion with us. The dogs were impressed as well. I highly recommend him and have to friends with dogs.
