After just one session it is already possible to see improvements in my dog's behaviour today. She was [previously] more aggressive with other dogs. Leadership is [now] more mine then hers and she is becoming less anxious. Andy, the trainer, was excellent with me, with my dog, and so professional that I have already started to spread the word about the wonderful service he has provided for us. I am so pleased and glad that I keep asking myself why I didn't do it earlier! I'll be sharing this feedback online.

Our First session with Lee showed instant results, upon meeting Lee, Bongo decided to play up and bark his heart out so within the first minutes Lee had to start the training, but sure enough within no time at all bongo was calm and able to be properly assessed. Lee worked in a very professional but friendly manor and addressed several issues in our session leaving me surprised at the results i was already seeing. Lee displays great knowledge and techniques and was willing to take the time to find the best approach and to adjust techniques to suit the environment to find what works best for Bongo. We both look forward to working with Lee in the future towards a happy well rounded dog, Thanks!

Kevin was very informative. He showed us how to deal with lots of different scenarios with our dog. We needed assistance with separation anxiety. Kevin gave us the confidence to use techniques he showed us to address this. He was very encouraging. We thoroughly enjoyed our time working with him. We would defiantly recommend him.

Lynn spent a long time with us, showing us the different techniques to use with our dog. She explained things clearly, demonstrated them and then watched us, offering appropriate feedback. She made us aware of the subtle ways in which our dog was being leader of the pack and gave us ways to combat this. Our dog is responding to the training, however we know this won't be a quick fix.

I could see a huge difference in Maisie on Estelle's first visit and Estelle explained things very clearly and things that we thought all dogs did, which was actually Maisie attention seeking

Lynn has been so helpful, informative, supportive & patient in her training of Pepe and more so us!! Within a few days of her first visit Pepe was house trained following her methods. She has also helped us with recall, attentiveness and pulling. We are still training him and aren't fully there yet but we are well on the way! We couldn't have got to where we are now without Lynn

Lynn was very helpful! In her first visit she addressed all our major concerns - teaching us a lot about our dog and how to train him - equipping us and giving us a training plan to stick to, which has brought about brilliant results in all areas!

Although Sharon tried her best with Dexter he is going to take a lot more time and patience for him to get what he is supposed to achieve...

Sharon has now visited Diesel and I 3 times, on her first visit I was impressed by her relaxed manner and relieved that she in no way appointed any blame onto myself or my dog for his behaviour problems (he shows nervous aggression toward other dogs). Sharon was here for 3 hours and in that time we discussed reasons for the behaviour and devised an action plan, we went out for a walk where she assessed Diesel and myself and assured me that he was not a 'bad' dog just scared. Since then diesel and I have progressed well although slowly, I know there is no quick fix to this problem. He is building up his confidence, as am I and we're really starting to see a marked improvement. I no longer dread taking him out as I know how to deal with situations as they arise. Sharon is always on hand via e mail to help with any queries between visits and is happy to listen to me if I feel that something is not quite working and we tweak the training until it does. I am extremely happy with and grateful for the help I'm having in getting 'my dog back'. Initially the price seemed expensive but when you consider that most trainers charge £30/hr for one to one and I have Sharon for a year if I need her I now realise that the price I paid is very reasonable.
