As first time dog owners with a new puppy, my wife & I wanted someone to come in and show us the basics to make sure we were teaching Penny the right things. Sydney visited us as short notice and gave us three hours of her time on a Sunday morning and we both found the session incredibly helpful. Sydney’s knowledge on training, nutrition and even the Shar Pei breed is extensive and we learned a lot, which we have been able to put into practice straight away. At times the information overload was a little overwhelming but Sydney is very approachable and spend a lot of time checking our understanding of what was discussed and answering our questions. I am glad we have her for the next year to call upon with our training needs, and think the course is great value for money so far.

Excellent training session and we finally have the basics in place to stop pulling on the lead.

It is early days as we have only had one visit/training session with gavin at bark busters and our dogs has challenges to overcome which will take time. We will continue to use the training methods and look forward to seeing an improvement.
