Jo was excellent as to explaining all my concerns with Dudley. A really lovely lady. We have followed her advice regarding Dudley's diet and there has been significant changes in Dudley's behaviour. I still find walking him very stressful as constantly avoiding other dogs is very hard work. He now wears a "Thundershirt", as recommended by Jo, when I take him out for walks. It has helped. He still wears a muzzle and when we do incur another dog he tries to remove it!

Dudley is a huge Bull Mastiff/Labrador cross dog who came to his owner as a Rescue. It is very obvious from his behaviour that he doesn't understand the world outside at all and he pulls his very slight owner all over the place when he sees people, children and in particular dogs. He is controlled with both a face collar and wears a muzzle so he is safe but he is so powerful he cannot be safely walked past other dogs at this time. His owner is working on his fears so he can become calmer when out and is making progress, but Dudley will need a lot of time and patience before he will understand that not everything outside is scary and a threat to him. This type of behaviour is typical of rescue dogs who have had a bad start in life and it takes the sort of owner Dudley has to give him the chance of a normal life. Update (June 2014): This owner has done daily work with Dudley and he can now be walked safely on the streets. He can now see dogs on the other side of the road and people can walk past him without him lunging and getting distressed or aggressive. We have now started work in more open areas where there are dogs off the lead nearby.

Excellent results after the first visit, we thought Winston was beyond help, but lee has proved us wrong! Enjoying our new found family pet..... Can only get better!

I am really pleased with my Bark Busters training session. I couldn't believe the results Kevin got whilst he was with us, however I was sceptical as to whether or not I would notice a difference when he had left. I have to say that my older springer (two and a half) is a completely changed animal! The puppy is taking some getting used to, but thoroughly recommend Kevin!

Sharon spent plenty of time discussing the problem and running test separations, before offering advice and suggesting a plan of action. She encouraged ongoing contact for updates on the dog's progress. Her focus was clearly on resolving the issue.

Nala has changed dramatically after I have followed all of the advise given by Jacquie. She is a completely different dog in the best way possible! In two weeks we had eradicated her anxiety seperation which was a constant stress for me (and Nala). We are both much happier now and cant wait to continue training and learning about heel walking! Excellent training session. Kevin addressed all of our issues and equipped us with the skills we need to rectify the problems. Really simple but effective techniques. The dogs have been so much better and its only been a few days. Would recommend to anyone having issues.

Within five minutes of Lee arriving at my home he had given me hope. My dog had been getting progressively worse over the last year, going from a very well behaved puppy to a really naughty dog that was so difficult to keep under control, her aggression towards other dogs was really scary. I cannot believe the progress made from one session with Lee. I know that I have a long road ahead of me, but I can now see light at the end of the tunnel and feel I am now insight of stress free walks.

I cannot believe it!! Lynn entered our house & within 5 minutes had stopped our 2 year old Jack Russell Snoopy from barking at the door & biting our friends & family!Just a few simple steps has already changed our lives with our dog. He is a changed animal. I am sooo happy & Its all Thanks to Lynn who explained all about the psychology of canines, & their behaviour & the aggression features of our pet. She was brilliant & I would recommend her to anyone with a problem pet. Thank you so much Lynn You get 15 out of 10 from us!!...at least. Pure Genius!

Really good session. Very useful with daisy. Daisy is doing really well walking properly on her lead and not jumping up and barking so much.

Daisy is a lovely Cockerpoo. She is really bouncy and was doing lots of jumping up at kitchen surfaces when her owner was cooking or preparing food and generally to get her owners attention. This is hard work when you have a busy household and Daisy was getting away with it simply because if she couldn't get the attention she would start to bark at her owners instead. It takes calm gentle persistence from owners to fix this and they are making good progress. Because she is so excitable she pulled heavily on the lead when she went out which was particularly difficult when walking with the children. She is walking very nicely now and the next thing we will be tackling is to teach her to walk calmly alongside a pushchair. These owners are proof that even if you have lots of things going on at all times, you can still train your dog successfully.

Estelle was very good and gave me advise on how to manage the behaviour problems. The dogs and I have been practicing daily and there have been some improvements in behaviour. They are no longer all trying to get through the door as soon as it is opened. the border terriers are together again for some of the time but only when I am around. They had, recently, started to fight. Distance training is variable. The border terriers are finding it difficult. But we are keeping working at it for a few minutes every day. Thankyou Estelle
