After training 4 Labradors in the past in the past, I thought a Cocker Spaniel would be a piece of cake. How wrong could I be. Macy was an energetic, excitable barking bundle. As soon as I sat down to relax in the evening he would bark excitedly at me. I had tried everything I knew to stop him. I was considering rehoming him, which I did not want to do. My last chance was Zoe. At her visit she took time to discuss Macy's problems and gave me insight into why he was behaving as he was. The practical training was excellent and, together with the written information Zoe left was invaluable. At last I was feeling more positive that we would eventually get through the barking phase. Now 1 week on and Macy has barked only twice and I can have a telephone conversation without him interrupting me. I now have a cocker Spaniel who is well on his way to becoming a loveable, obedient companion.

We are delighted with the progress Robbie has made so far. We still have some distance to travel, but we are very hopeful that he will continue to improve. The system is so simple once the dog has been diagnosed and the therapist was charming.

I enjoyed my first session with Phillip / Bark Busters! Every step was clearly defined and easy to understand. I look forward to our next session, and to continue to learn to communicate with Oscar in such a fun way. Many thanks Jenna

Excellent instruction, Blade is responding well so far and hopefully will get even better on Jen's next visit. I never thought one session would show such good results. He is on his way to becoming a better and more relaxed dog.

Training still ongoing but first results look promising
19th October 2011Janet Goosen dealt with:
Bramble (my recently aquired rather headstrong 3 year old retriever)is a gorgeous dog however going for walks off lead was a nightmare - not responding to commands, assertive with other dogs and putting herself in danger with traffic. Within 90 minutes of instruction from Janet, Bramble was the perfect dog. The techniques which I were taught has made Bramble respond to instruction immediately, walk to heel and has enormously reduced her assertive nature. Bramble seems so much happier around the home and taking her out for wealks is now a joy!
18th October 2011Tina Edwards dealt with:
Tina was very good and my dog responded very well.
This little dog was a problem to her owner who runs a pub, because he wouldn't let customers with dogs in! I showed her how to communicate with him in a way he understood so that he knew that the pub didn't belong to him afterall! Further sessions may be needed with stooge dogs, just to make sure.
17th October 2011Lorna MacKay dealt with:
The difference in Jack my J.R.T. is remarkable and that is after Lorna's first visit. Two weeks have gone by and I have a different dog! He no longer jumps at people when they enter the house,he no longer guards the front window nor do we have incessant barking in the back garden. It is however all about putting in the effort. Follow the advice given and you will see immediate results, but take note this is for good. Stop it and your dog will revert back to his/her old habits
