Liz helped us completely transform our anxious rescue into the confident and well behaved dog we always hoped she could be! When we first got Bibi she was afraid of everything, we were facing challenges like building her trust in us and our friends/family, going on walks (she was too afraid to even step outside, let alone walk!), sensitivity to sounds, training her into a toilet routine, and general obedience and behaviour issues. Liz helped guide us through Bibi's decompression and adjustment period, and tailored our training routine to her nervous disposition, giving us confidence building games and soothing activities. Liz was a pleasure to have in our home, you can tell just from chatting to her for a few minutes that she has such a genuine love for animals, and has a wealth of knowledge to pull from for a variety of areas including dog behaviour and psychology, diet, leads/harnesses/coats, toys and activities, and recommendations for dog friendly nature reserves and beaches in the area. Her approach is built around positive reinforcement and every step of the way we felt we were making great progress for Bibi's wellbeing. Today, Bibi is a completely different dog, and we wouldn't have got her here without Liz's support over the past 6 months. Bibi can now travel in a car, go to the beach and pub, stay overnight with family, make bonds with new people and dogs, walks beautifully on the lead, can do a variety of tricks, no longer has accidents in the house and makes significantly less fuss when we have tradespeople visit the house. We can't thank Liz enough for helping us realise Bibi's full potential, and now we can focus on enjoying our time together in the coming years.

Early days to comment on the success of the training but going in the right direction

Alex kept in contact us he let us know when he was on his way and when he arrived. so we had time to put Shadow in a different room so he could meet her before training started. I would highly recommend him It was his 1st visit he helped Shadow how to learn and wait whilst we was in the kitchen at the door whilst we pretended to chop food up with a tasty sausage :) Helped with a few issues we are having with a young pup and we learnt a lot as well now to practice it :) Looking forward to to the next visits Thanks Alex we got time to relax after your visit as Shadow was very worn out

Sharon was brilliant - so helpful and knowledgeable. My dog responded to her methods - Sharon helped me to understand my dog's behaviour- why he reacted in a particular way, and that should help us both move forward

Ben was brilliant from the moment we met him; absolute font of knowledge and set the tone for the training that we are going to embark on. What I found really useful was his ability to utilise his own experience with examples.

We contacted Ben from Barkbusters as we were having issues with our 7 month old Sprocker puppy. Ben was very personable, friendly, helpful and direct. He took time to explain the theory behind the training practices and explained things clearly. He rather changed our behaviour in dealing with our dog than the dogs behaviour.After the initial lesson, which incorporated us taking control over our dog, in a firm but fair way, we were left with a much calmer, more relaxed dog and we felt able to deal with any problems we came up against.
