We had our first appointment with Jo a couple of days ago after seeking some help for our French Bulldog Napoleon. We had previously used the Australian Bark Busters team to successfully get Napoleon walking better on the leash, and so were relieved that the international guarantee could be used here in London. After recently arriving in London with us, Napoleon had started barking at every passing pedestrian, truck, squirrel, bird and especially other dogs. He'd also mounted our neighbour's dog which was pretty embarrassing. Jo came over as soon as possible which we really appreciated as we were having a tough time - almost immediately she could see what the problem was and started to give us practical actions we could take to minimise the stress on our dog and start improving his behaviour. We also did some training exercises with Napoleon inside and outside our flat. Jo is easy to talk to and obviously loves dogs of all shapes and sizes; by the end of the night it was like we were receiving advice from an old friend. Jo left us with written notes and a sense of relief that we would eventually be able to sort out Napoleon's issues in time. Of course it is early days and we haven't yet tried all of Jo's suggestions (some aids we ordered online are yet to arrive) but the first tip - which was to block Napoleon's view of the street until he is more settled - worked a treat (a few cardboard boxes across the bottom panes of glass and he hardly barked all day yesterday - a more permanent solution of frosting the glass is also underway). Jo will be available for follow up visits and mentioned that Napoleon definitely needs one, so watch this space! Would absolutely recommend the service to anybody with doggy difficulties.

I cant believe the difference in Poppy after just one session. Kevin made the training fun and informative and Poppy was very responsive. Even my teenage Son enjoyed the training and said that it has made Poppy a more relaxed dog. Kevin helped us to stop her from barking at dogs passing her in our neighbourhood, something we thought we might not be able to cure. As poppy was a rescue she has done really well and we are very proud of her - Thank you Kevin for making Poppy a more relaxed and enjoyable dog, we shall continue with the exercises you have left us and would recommend your training to anyone who is having difficulties with their dog.

Alex was professional and friendly, his love for dogs apparent from the start. Ellie our boarder collie responded to his firm yet patient training. He explained everything clearly, and his training instructions were easy to follow. Ellie is our third collie, but by far the most challenging . We found his training instructions logical, and saw a improvement very quickly.

Kevin made a big difference to Alfie's behaviour within a short time of being with us. Alfie is such a puller on the lead and this has been greatly helped by a collar bought from Bark Busters. Alfie (8month old Labrador x Springer Spaniel) has a wonderful temperament, but we just need to work on calming him down, Kevin gave us exercises to do this. Many thanks to Kevin.

Since he was a pup of 8 weeks Scamp has suffered from fearful aggression. We tried different dog behaviourists but to no avail. We spent a lot of money on these people. My son and I have been searching the internet to find someone who could actually help. We came across Bark Busters, so I gave them a ring. I was put through to the trainer for my area. Lynn Prentice, we agreed a time and date .approximately 1.5 of Lynn's tuition Scamp began to be calmer. After following Lynn's care plan for Scamp, which I do daily, and lead work, Scamp is turning into the GDS that we really wanted, calm and a pleasure to take out on walks. I continue to follow Lynn's care plan. Money well spent. Thanks alot Lynn.

We are extremely pleased with the training we received from Kevin, and cannot believe the remarkable change in them in just one day! We would recommend Kevin's services to anyone who has dogs with behavioural issues.

Sharon was great really helpful and knowledgeable. George is responding really well to the training and I have changed his food as advised by Sharon. George is much calmer, less barking and is so much happier with his new diet

Using simple, easy to understand tasks and commands, we feel that Beau will adapt easily to his new training. Beau reponded straight away to the training and has continued to develop well. The lifetime support will come in handy should we face any new problems, especially with a baby on the way. Would highly recommend Kevin and Bark Busters.

Jacquie was incredibly understanding and allowed me to tell her fully (without interruption)my problems with my dogs.The first session was very informative and easy to grasp the principles,my dogs became much calmer.The second session was a revelation,Jacquie dealt with dog on dog aggression at the end of the session I could have wept with joy.Jacquie has not only trained my dogs she has also trained me to be the person my dogs think I am and I am eternally gratefull to her,thankyou so much.

We are very pleased with the way one of our dogs are responding to Sharon's training so far. Mitzy hasn't been able to go out training yet due to illness but Luke is doing very well and is certainly far more relaxed when seeing other dogs after less than a week. We are looking forward to Mitzy's progress once she is out and about. There's a way to go yet but we have high hopes for both of them.

6 months ago we rang Lynn to help train our 18month old Staffordshire bull terriers, I was at the stage of thinking of rehoming them because I didn't know what to do.We couldn't walk them together,they constantly pulled,were aggressive towards other dogs and each other,they didn't listen to anything we said and every time anybody came round they would jump all over them.We couldn't even sit down without them leaping all us and the sofas . Now with the help of Lynn's training we can walk them without being dragged everywhere ,family and friends come round without being jumped on and harrassed.Both Bonnie and Riley will lay on their bed or mat when told. We are now starting to work on walking them together which is something we never thought we'd be able to do and we know it's going to take hard work and commitment but seeing how far they have come in the last 6 months I have complete trust in Lynn and her training methods,

Jo was extremely helpful and spend a good few hours talking to us about managing Max's behaviour, offering some practical advice including demonstrations of the more complex instructions. Max had an excellent time (especially with the socialisation section with Smudge) and Jo engaged all family members with everyone walking away with an exciting task to work on over the next few weeks! We can't wait to see Jo again - we ALL had a great time with first class advice! Thanks Jo for being such a patient, knowledgeable and excellent teacher!
