I cannot recommend Sharon enough - she has been fantastic! When we first saw her my husband and I were struggling to contain our puppy's excitement and he was proving to be a real challenge. With a few simple techniques, Sharon really helped us keep him calm around the house and teach him how to be a part of our family in the right way!! He's still bonkers but at least it's in a more contained fashion, and when we allow, not when he chooses!! Sharon has always been on hand by phone or email for any other questions we have had and I have found it reassuring to know I have someone to help me - Albee is the first puppy I have had sole responsibility for so I wasn't really sure what to expect, and it has been great having someone to help even if it is just to tell me I am doing it right. It's not just the initial problems that Sharon has helped with, and she has also come up with great ideas to help other issues that have developed as Albee has got older. It is obvious that Sharon does not see this as just a job and really takes an interest in you and your dog. She wants to help you get the best out of them and build up a relationship so you can really enjoy your dog. Through helping me to enjoy my dog more, Sharon has also given me the confidence to try things that I never thought I would do - we do obedience and agility classes and hope to compete very soon (although Albee is recovering from surgery on his knees so this is on hold for now). I would not hesitate in recommending Sharon to others - she never made me feel like any question I asked was silly, or that any of my dog's problems were down to me, and she really took time to find out about me and my dog and had a genuine interest in helping us succeed. Lyn was very professional, explained every thing to me before and as we where traning Bertie explained about diet etc, we discovered he liked his crate which has given me great relief when I have to leave him, I was shown how to walk Bertie and him to behave outside also door practise stopping him racing to the door ripping my mail, and let him see I'm the leader of the pack. Great day great tips which with perstistance doing well.

Kevin's training session was excellent. He explained the reasons behind my dogs behaviour in a clear, informative and easy to understand way. He had a calm approach that helped to put us at ease and reassured us that our dogs behavioural issues could be addressed, and through the exercises undertaken we immediately saw a significant improvement in our dog, and were able to take her to our local park taking her off lead for the first time in many months. I would happily recommend Kevin to anyone looking for help with their dog.

Estelle showed us where we were going wrong in how we treated Max, we were letting him take the lead and falling into he doggy trap of giving him the impression he was the boss. Quite easily she told us what to do and was very hands on in showing us the correct way to carry out the orders.

We had been at our wits end and then Kevin came along... Fantastic! He put us at ease and after assessing the dogs, guided us through the training process. We have seen instant results and as a result we are over the moon with the progress being made by the dogs. The same evening as the training, friends came to visit us and asked if we had the same dogs. Bark Busters works, without a doubt. Simple and painless, putting you back at the head of the pack. My dogs still have a long way to go, but already I am seeing a vast improvement in their behaviour. They still bark at strangers coming in but settle much quicker than before, whereas they would continue barking and growling before. They seem calmer and less anxious by strangers coming into the house. They are listening more and beginning to let me lead them rather than the other way round. The STAY command is beginning to sink in and when told to get down from the window they will get down more often than not, also they are less bothered and aggressive than previously. On their walk today they seem calmer and aren't barking at everyone like they did, but I have taken them separately to get each dogs full attention. Only had two visits so far, but already I feel more confident and happy as do my dogs. Gina has been very informative and demonstrated each technique so I fully understand. Best money spent on my dogs and worth it.

Kevin is friendly and puts you all at ease.His directions are clear and precise and to our amazement our dog changed in minutes.She went from a nervous aggression to a calm attentive dog .We understand we have to maintain our training but we believe we have our little dog back.Please don't hesitate to give Kevin a call .

Sharon gave very thorough advice with regard to Zara's issues. Within a very short period of time, we had already made some noticeable progress. The next few weeks will be challenging and hopefully rewarding as we continue to build upon the training we were given today. As long as we follow the instructions, and with further tuition from Sharon, we are confident that we will all benefit from this experience.

Lynn was able to tell us immediately where we were going wrong with Maisie and was able to rectify certain things immediately. Maisie was responsive and has since continued to respond to our on going training with her. Having spent the session with Lynn the whole family now feels much more able to deal with Maisie and hopefully have a well trained and confident addition to the family

Kevin was not only professional but also pleasant. He made the training session easy to understand and follow. We were amazed at how quickly Pluto picked things up and the change was remarkable. We were able to follow Kevin's guidance through the training session and with some practice over the coming weeks we should all be able to enjoy life together under the correct hierarchy. Jo was brilliant! Very relaxed, which meant I was relaxed. She took time to hear all about Riley and my concerns, and then talked through solutions - always explaining the theory behind what she was suggesting. By the time Jo left at the end of the first session, I had already noticed a change in Riley!! I've been putting in to practice the things I learned, and Riley is improving all the time! Looking forward to learning more from Jo in our next session
