4th January 2010Kim Lummis dealt with:
Amazed that results were so quick when Kim ran our first session. We have all worked hard, and will continue to do so - but it works! My younger dog is learning faster but the older one is (reluctantly!) responsive too. So all in all, ask me in a year but I'm hoping I have perfect pets!

3rd January 2010Tina Edwards dealt with:
Very impressed with Tina's training of Marley, we could barely believe the change in his behaviour and are hopeful that with more training and Tina's help we can have the loveable family pet we envisaged when we purchased him. Prior to Tina's Arrival we were considering giving Marley up as he had turned into quite an unlikeable animal. Now we can see we were going wrong and have high hopes for the future.
This young Beagle was certainly living up to his name!! He was pulling, barking chewing, jumping up and being generally very disruptive in his attention seeking and was making the whole family upset with him. His diet was reviewed and I showed the family how to work with him to show him a new way to behave, giving him the attention he needed in the way of games/training with praise as the reward he craved.

1st January 2010Andy Waterhouse dealt with:
Andy unravelled what had seemed an impenetrable problem calmly, easily and in a way both we and the dog understood. If only we'd asked for his help sooner!

1st January 2010Craig Steiff dealt with:
The first session went very well. I was impressed with the calm way Craig dealt with \'Blue\'
I\'m confident this training will be very beneficial to both me and \'Blue\'
When training young dogs you don\'t want to train them too hard, or in anyway take away the enjoyment of having a companion animal.
With \'Blue\' all that was required was to politely point out his mistakes and give plenty of praise for the good behaviour.
With young dogs it\'s also a wonderful opportunity to make sure the conditions are right in the first place, so that the bad behaviours don\'t start later on in life.

31st December 2009Nicki Platt dealt with:
Nicki was very good at explaining the reasons for Jacks behaviour. She spent plenty of time observing and analysing his actions. The techniques she suggested have made an immediate improvement but will obviously need to be continued for full benifit.

We learned much from the explanantions given by Janet as to how a dogs behaviour is inherent in the park hierarchy, and how important it is not to let your dog be the leader.
