Lynn has been to assess our dogs today & I am now feeling very positive about the future with them both. Things have become gradually worse with both dogs starting to show aggression to other dogs, general behaviour deteriorating & recall virtually non-existent. We have a long road ahead but will be putting our absolute all into to the programme that Lynn has worked out for us - it was obvious in watching her & practising the training with her guidance today that our dogs CAN and WILL be well behaved. We learnt so much & Lynn was able to guide us without putting us down or making us feel silly or useless. Worth every penny so far & we only started today.

I was at the end of my tether with the our Spaniel puppy, trying to juggle jobs and a child and didn't seem to be able to get Oreo to settle down and listen. Total situation of the puppy running the house and me etc, so I decided I needed help as I was close to giving up and I really didn't want to do that. Graham came round and listened, observed and chatted and started a education regime. I could already see the change in Oreo in these hours and I felt we had turned a corner and with Graham's support and assistance we can do this. Graham was so helpful and calming and basically was the helping hand I needed, I had hit the brick wall and rather than enjoying the puppy it was total stress, 2 weeks on the difference in Oreo can be seen, we still have things to work on but I feel positive now that this can be achieved.

The session was interesting and extremely helpful in building my confidence in handling Missy and in leading her to behave correctly and to stop behavioral problems from worsening. Although I could see problem developing, I didn't know how to stop them. It very quickly became apparent that we were falling into the Rescue Dog trap!

Shauna has been really helpful with our German Shepherd who had quite bad lead aggression, pulling and growling when he saw other dogs on the lead. With the techniques that Shauna has taught me I no longer feel a sense of panic when I see another dog on a lead coming and have much better confidence and control. He has improved so much! Thank you!!

Sharon gave lots of practical advice and tips which actually work. It has made a big difference to both Scout and us.

Training was really good. Angela was very patient and answered all our questions. She didn't just tell us what to do but demonstrated how to do it and we have seen a marked improvement in behaviour.

Just 4 days since Angela came and we have seen improvements with Freddie every day. Angela patiently spent lots of time showing Freddie what was expected of him and training us humans too. We now have hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel.

When Shauna visited Charlie changed in 2 hours. He is now more calm and relaxed. And he tend to listen more :) We've been doing the exercises she left us with and he is getting better.... It's amazing how small things can make big difference. Thank you Shauna!

This was our 2nd training session and as with the first, we felt it went really well. Alfie and Lily are making real progress and are growing into lovely, well behaved (for the most part :)) dogs. We have been struggling to stop the puppies from jumping up when we enter the room or when they are excited e.g. at mealtimes /walk times etc. and so Sharon showed us some simple techniques for combatting this behaviour. She also showed us the clicker loading and clicker training so that we can encourage Alfie to sit more obediently without the need for repeated requests. We have moved their crates following Sharon's suggestion as they were having a tendency to toilet in a particular place in the dining room and so their beds are now there so discourage them from toileting there. We were also shown new techniques for walking them together (this was introduced during our first session but we hadn't been successful in embedding this). We have plenty to practice now and the children are fully on board with knowing that they can't give them attention when they first walk into the room and this will reinforce the behaviours which we (the adults) are using to discourage them from jumping up. Sharon continues to be a genius at her craft and we are loving the learning - which is delivered in a calm, consistent but firm way. Another great session so thanks very much Sharon!

Alex came round to see us and was initially coming to see how Archie was around me, turns out after about 30 minutes of chatting and Alex observing, it was another family member who needs training more! Alex tried different activities with us, which were extremely helpful and made me realise the problem. He engaged us in the training, showed us what to do and even tried different techniques. I will definitely be carrying on with the training with Archie and Alex. I would and already have recommended Bark Busters - VERY HAPPY!!

Very productive and it has solved a lot of problems I had!
