We thought that the training required was more about helping us to have the best relationship with our dog. There were a few minor issues and we explained all this to Gavin. He listened to what we said, gave us advice on understanding how our dog thinks and then gave us training and simple strategies to help us have the best possible relationship with our dog. He went above and beyond to provide further information to help us on our journey with our dog. Gavin has excellent interpersonal skills and also quickly built a rapport with us and our dog who absolutely loved him. We cannot speak highly enough of Gavin and are grateful for all his help.
