Angela has provided insights into Bonnie and Bailey's behaviour we were previously unaware of . She has provided some great guidance for moving forward with regard to walking them together which has been impossible until now. Thank you Angela!

Neil was brill with us and the dogs, showed us the techniques that we need to do, really enjoyed working with Neil and looking forward to lt next time.

Graham arrived punctually on both visits. He was courteous, listened well and was clearly knowledgeable. His calm manner was reassuring and effective for both us and our dogs. He was thorough, unhurried and ensured we had a clear idea of how to build on what he had demonstrated and where we could find reliable information on, for example, diet, a helpful lead or harness. On the second visit he brought one if his own dogs so that we could rehearse how to help our dogs react appropriately to a strange dog. We were delighted with the whole process from booking the appointment, the paperwork and mostly the interaction with the therapist. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant so far. Saw a massive difference in our Basset Rigsby before the end of the first session. Both Rigsby and us are already more relaxed and happy to finally be on a path leading to a more content atmosphere at home and out and about.

Delighted with the advice and training to use to help us with our dogs. The training started working before Angela left our house. The dogs are calmer and the barking problem is a lot better. Really cannot thank Angela enough, she spent hours at our house and we can contact her at anytime we need help and support from her. Lee came at a time when we were finding our new rescue dog very stressfull and we actually felt we had made a mistake taking a rescue dog into our home. Lee was very professional, he talked to us for a considerable amount of time, made his assessment within a few minutes which enables us to see our new dog in a very different light. After our first session we were 100% convinced we had made the right choice and since that session our dog is improving every day. He gave us some excellent pointers on how to deal with different situations from leaving the dog alone to visiting the vets. I cannot recommend his services enough and are looking forward to working with him and our dog Ceaser.

From the very first visit there was an immediate change in my dog's behaviour (or should I say mine).... it was like owning a different dog! She responded straight away to the new passive leadership techniques Alex taught me and this resulted quite quickly in her overcoming her considerable anxiety when on walks. No longer is she fearful and stressed. We both enjoy long rambling walks now and it is great to see her running around, eager and enthusiastic. Alex's follow up visits have built on the initial training, reinforcing techniques that had slipped (oops), and putting in place new skills to further develop her obedience training. I am now the owner of a well-behaved and well-adjusted little dog, who is a joy to be around. I would thoroughly recommend Alex and the Bark Busters training techniques.

The training was very good. The dog was responsive after the first hour. The trainer was very informative and helpful. We were very comfortable in his presence and he soon assessed the way to proceed for the training in the home environment. We have seen a difference in the dogs barking behaviour although this is now a work in progress.

After just one session with Graham we have been amazed at the difference it has made to our 11 week cockapoo puppy Monty. Graham took time to assess Monty's character before calmly and patiently explaining Barkbusters approach to training. Within minutes Monty responded to Graham and it gave me the confidence to put the theory into practice. The ‘look at me' command to gain Monty's attention and make him refocus has been a revelation. Today, 10 days later, Graham came back with a couple of his dogs so we could take Monty out for the first time. I wasn't hopeful as walking on the lead in our house and in the garden had so far been a disaster. Within a couple of minutes Graham had Monty walking on the lead and we then enjoyed a really good walk in the park with his dogs. Monty loved it and so did I. Thank you Graham you have such a big difference.

Estelle was very informative and Raif seemed to respond well, although we know this will take much time and patience on our part, Estelle gave us the foundation skills on which to build.

We have 3 dogs but the one we needed help with is Stanley, he gets extremely stressed when we put on his lead and attempt to walk him. Graham gave us lots of good advice on how to calm him down, explaining it would not be a overnight job to sort him out. He also gave great advice on stopping our other dogs from barking aggressively whenever anyone knocks on the street door. Since the first visit there has been a marked improvement in the behaviour of our dogs and I think if we continue to follow the advice he gave us, the help we received has helped us immensely. Over all the service and advice we recieved has been first class.
