From the very start Lee was very professional and friendly. Chloe is a timid and anxious dog and knew straight away how to deal with her . His kindness towards Chloe was exceptional. I had been trying to get a collar on her for months but she do nothing but growl. Within half an hour I had her collar on . I would recommend Lee Hardy to anyone who has a problem pet.
