Ben is really friendly and put us at ease straight away. He explained the process really well and checked all of the way through with us that we understood what he was saying during training sessions. He was brilliant with Dottie who I think has become her best buddy! Dottie responded to Ben really well and we noticed a difference in her behaviour over the following weeks and beyond. Our first lesson with Ben went really well. He listened to our concerns and showed us ways to work towards achieving a solution. He was very patient and re explained if we were unsure. We went through different scenarios indoors and outside. We feel that Ben gave us the tools to firstly help us become better dog owners and for Rex to understand what was expected of him. Having been recommended to Ben by a couple while on a dog walk, I can honestly say that with his guidance and thorough demonstrations, he has helped us to start enjoying walks with our dog. We had issues with lead pulling especially and this was resolved within half an hour of being outside. Having 1st done some training within the house and property boundaries it was a joy to see that Ben's advice and guidance was quickly showing signs of promise and the results were almost instantaneous. Carrying on with the training we are seeing progress on a daily basis and I couldn't recommend the service Ben provided enough. Thankyou.
