Estelle was excellent in giving clear instructions, showing techniques to implement and explaining the reasons why Teddy behaves as he does. She was very clear about what he should and shouldn't have regarding food and treats. We have been doing training with him every day and we're already seeing an improvement in his behaviour. Estelle asked that we contact her after 2 weeks to let her know how he was doing. We will contact her to let her know how he's doing. She reassured us that she was available should we need assistance at any time. she sent us a printable version of the techniques to be used with him which was useful as we could give copies to everyone who looks after him.
