We have recently got a 10 month old Dachshund Teddy. He was suffering from a lot of stress and anxiety from the change of people and surroundings, and we were struggling with his behaviour. Bark Busters were able to arrange a home visit at a time/ date that suited us. Gina, was very knowledgeable and understood the issues we were having. She explained the reasons for Teddy’s behaviour, and took us through what we needed to do to achieve the desired results. We have been following the methods Gina showed us and are seeing positive results. I feel that carrying out the training at home is better for us and Teddy, as opposed to attending classes. I would definitely recommend Gina and Bark Busters.

Gina has been fantastic with my nervous, reactive little boy Dennis and a great support to me. Knowledgeable and experienced, Gina asked all the right questions from day 1 and has provided a wealth of advice and recommendations for us to take forward. Gina spotted straight away some helpful changes to make at home, starting with a few training techniques for us to implement, without it feeling overwhelming. Dennis has tummy issues, controlled through diet, so the ‘no treat training’, instead using voice tone and body language, has been invaluable and took away the stress of trying to find treats that don’t affect his tummy. I was sceptical about Dennis doing what I asked without the lure of a treat, but it really does work and many of his commands are now excellent, while all have improved! Dennis’s confidence is growing and I am sure it will continue to do so with all the training methods in place. I would highly recommend Gina to anyone needing help and support with their doggie.
