I'm so pleased with the results after just one session. The methods used gave quick effective results. We have a clear plan to continue forward. Both me and Honey are happier already working throgh a couple of things at a time and knowing how to progress further. I would 100% recommend this service.

Gina was very professional, clear with her instructions and very reassuring and patient. I wanted someone who could train me to communicate properly with my dog who is hyper active. It's only week one but already I am seeing some improvement. We have a way to go yet but Gina has given me the confidence to build on my leadership skills. I cannot recommend her more highly.

Gina was extremely helpful. Her calm presence and air of control had an immediate impact on Hattie and demonstrated to me the difference we would see if I re-established the leadership I had allowed to slip. She also brought some really helpful and informative handouts, which together with her report have consolidated the learning. Hattie and my relationship has already changed quite significantly. She now looks at me before going through any door, and already doesn't need telling to wait. Her attention demands have all but vanished, but she is delighted when I instigate play. She also plays solo much more happily. I look forward to lesson 2 and getting to grips with walking nicely on the lead!

Gina was firstly extremely lovely. the former "behaviouralist" I used was extremely judgemental and rude and it was lovely to not feed judged because I followed the bad advice of that former trainer and also that I am not being judged for having a fearful dog. Gina is also an excellent teacher, she doesn't expect you to be a pro or not make mistakes. I felt all the info provided was excellent and really helped and Ive already noticed a difference in Bilbo, as have my family. She clearly cares and it shows. I couldn't give higher praise.

Lots of information on how the dog has trained us to do what she wants, we can now recognise the same with our other dogs. Gina gave us loads of hints and tips on managing behaviours, both ours and the dogs. Glad we were left with an information pack as there was a lot of information to take in during the session. We have been practising with Nyla and our other dogs what we were shown and have made some alterations to our routines. She is slowly starting to do as we ask, we just need to be patient.

Easy clear basic common sense instructions, with immediate results. Myself and my partner took turns in training. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes. It's only the start and I'm sure it will get harder, but it has given us hope we will work through this.

Training went very well, learnt loads of information and was easy to put to practice.

Gina arrived on time and made us feel at ease straight away, she explained the techniques clearly and we managed to get our dogs under control within minutes of trying, the training is going well but I cannot wait for the next session.

It was great and I can see progress with Brandy already. Gina was very helpful and explained the method very clearly looking forward to seeing her again and going on to outside training.

Gina was very helpful, and I found it to be incredibly useful, so far so good, haven't done the noise desensitising yet, as he is a more confident dog at the moment.
