We have just had our first session with Lee and we couldn't be more impressed! He was calm knowledgeable and friendly. After a long conversation with us to understand exactly what we felt the issues were, Lee met Molly to assess her behaviour and the way she interacted. His first intervention to correct her had an immediate effect and was reinforced and built on during the rest of our session. The follow up advice, support and practices that we need to continue teaching, was same day and incredibly useful.
