The training was exceptionally good and the reasoning behind each technique was explained fully. Lee was very friendly and was happy to spend as long as was required at our home to make sure we were completely happy with the training. Our border terrier, Ernie, responded immediately to the techniques and we were amazed at how quickly he learnt them. Lee outlined our training plan for the future and said that we could contact him at any time. We look forward to seeing him again in a couple of weeks.

Over the moon with the instructions given to us by Lee. The actions are a resounding success in our now quiet home. I tried "the word" while walking Paddy this morning when he barked at another dog.
