Sharon arrived on time and was very patient and went into great detail with the problems i am having with my dog's behaviour issues, as this was only the first visit there is not a lot i can say apart from so far so good.

Sharon was fabulous! She helped us with a number of issues with our two overexcited dogs and less than a week in, we are already seeing some improvements in their behaviour and manners. She spent a lot of time with each dog individually to observe their specific needs, as well as observing us to point out all the things we were doing that were counter productive and creating confusion for our dogs. The advice and lesson plan were really practical, very achievable, and it was great that she showed us how to do each command, game, routine to ensure we were doing them right. The amount of times we thought 'oh yes, that's obvious...now you've pointed it out' really brought home how our small actions were having huge impacts on our dogs. And we had lots of bad habits! We have now changed our dogs diets (they say thank you - they love it!), have a list of the new 'rules' and 'clear commands' pinned on the fridge (for us to read, not the dogs!), and have a daily training plan which is fun, easy to stick to and is seeing results. Things are still a work-in-progress, but I wish we'd brought Sharon in months ago. Highly recommend.

Our first training session with Sharon was fantastic. She went through everything thoroughly and it was clear quite early on in the session it is us that needs the training! She was brilliant and listened to our concerns and issues and had a suggestion for everything.
