It is early days but what I got from Tom so far has been amazing the time he takes to reassure me that I will get through with the training and have a lovely happy dog it is early days but I feel I can talk to Tom about any worries or concerns I have,it's the best thing I have done contacting bark busters

Tom was easy to talk to and Darcy responded to him straight away. I was very impressed by the whole experience.

Estelle was excellent, she almost read between the lines and explained exactly how we should be getting to know diesel, I was having problems with him biting me, however since Estelle showing us how to deal with it he has been amazing and really having started to enjoy playing and living with him, she really helped with some training techniques which are regularly practised and really working, the confidence we have with Diesel is improved, really excellent training.

Estelle was very knowledgable in the handling of our dogs, she gave us a very good insight of how to teach the dogs and get the best results. Overall a very good first lesson

Estelle was brilliant - very informative and understood the girls needs immediately. We were clear from the beginning that it was us, as the owners, who needed to learn and we've been blown away by the techniques Estelle has given us. It's been less than a week since her first visit and we have already seen a huge improvement in our girls. It's not easy and takes a lot of commitment to change, but we are feeling incredibly positive and already getting used to a new way of life. Couldn't recommend more.

It's all going well so far even after a week jasper is calmer and barking less he appears to be a lot calmer and relaxed around the house. We are still working on the pulling on the lead this seems better but still needs a lot more work. Estelle is a very professional friendly trainer with plenty of experience, it's early days yet but I have every faith in Estelle that jasper will soon be a well behaved boy both at home and out on the lead enjoying walks.

Lee from Bark Busters turned up on time and listened to the issues I'm encountering with my two terriers and reassured me that it is nothing he's not dealt with before and nothing we can't sort. Lee was with us for a couple of hours and the dogs responded to his techniques immediately which was a shock to me. My dogs have many issues we still need to get sorted and am keen to get him back soon as he sees fit to work on some outdoor stuff as I think this will be a real test for everyone. Till the next appointment we are working on our homework,setting boundaries and restoring leadership back to myself. So in brief it's so far so good......will keep you all posted

My husband and I thought that Lee was amazing. He very quickly picked up on which of us needed the support and balanced how he communicated to both my husband and I. He was excellent with our dogs and highly pragmatic in his approach. Lee is extremely knowledgeable while being calm and supportive of us. He clearly loves dogs and what he does. Thank you very much and looking forward to seeing him again.

We are very impressed by Lee. He listened to our training requirements, gave and demonstrated simple techniques that worked, and encouraged us to be consistent. Unknowingly there were a number of things that we were doing that confused Prince and Lee identified these for us. We are very pleased with the progress we have made with our dog and would recommend Lee to anyone. Our challenge is to be consistent going forward.

Amazed at how fast the results were. Jake was surprised too! Now I have to put it all into action and maintain it. Lee gave me such a confidence boost which I can transmit to my dog. There is so much 'advice' available on dog training, some of it quite contradictory, but Lee's instructions were crystal clear and made complete sense. I am so grateful.

Klaus is my first ever pet, initially I was going to try and train him myself by watching YouTube tutorials, but after a week full of failures I finally decided that I needed some external help. Calling Bark Busters was the best decision that I made when it comes to Klaus's training. The techniques that Lee told me to use worked straight away. I was very impressed. I was a little sad that I had to call for external help, but I have realised that Lee is essentially training me to train my dog. I am very happy with Klaus's behaviour. I am even more excited that this was only the first session. I cannot wait for the next training session!

We felt that Lee understood the frustrations we were facing and he gave us some practical advice and techniques to assist in the training. Whilst we don't expect it will be a ‘quick fix' we feel confident that we have the first steps in an achievable plan.
