The session was more successful than I thought it would be. I saw an instant change in my dogs behaviour. I’ve been given a lot of very helpful information which was easy to understand. I now have a better understanding of my dog and her behaviours and we are all much happier. It has made life easier for all of us

Lynn was very clear and concise with teaching her techniques. Very happy with our first visit and the lessons Lynn left us to practice. We are noticing a difference already.

Training was very informative and simple to understand, lots of useful tips that have been easy to implement

We have tried many training techniques in the past with our 6 dogs. (Ranging between the ages of 9 and 2), however the youngest seemed to be unhappy outside of the home (very reactive to dogs, bikes etc) Lynn was able to restore a calm household, she was able to point out behaviors that WE as humans did which was being detrimental to the pack. As a result we have had to make changes (which has been tough) but the results we are seeing outweigh the 'hardship' of not making too much of a fuss of our dogs. We have being working to find a balance.

[Sorry - I don't know what the invoice number is] I had to put in an emergency SOS call to Barkbusters as my psycho Cocker Spaniel was ruling the house and we couldn't manage anymore. Nothing I was doing would have any impact on the dogs behavior. Everything was one big game and my wife and I were at our wits end. Lynn came round and no joke, within 20 minutes was able to demonstrate that we have a well behaved dog, we just need to be able to communicate with him, which we were not doing. We were showed how to talk "doggy language" and the results were remarkable. 4 days on now and we have a much calmer dog, much calmer family and a much calmer home. Don't get me wrong, there is a still a lot of work to be done and we are seeing improvements every day. Thank you Lynn and thank you Barkbusters as you have saved us from parting with our family pet (which was the next step if you had not come and saved us/him). Thanks

Lyn was fantastic with proving me with not only training tips for an over excited cocker spaniel but also real time training So looking forward to continuing training programme to make a more balanced dog

Milly does not bark at night anymore and we have set the alarm to 6am with no problem,moving the time along 15 minutes each morning. We have left Milly alone in the crate from 7pm to10pm with no problems,as we recorded her while out for the evening.She has perfected the mouse game and will sit and look at treats in open hand on floor and wait for the treat in other hand.Milly now is a different dog thanks to Lynn Prentice teaching us how to connect with Milly.Out of a rating of 5 for the professional training from Lynn,we score her 10+.

Lynn was an excellent trainer and she managed to control Donnie easily

Lynn was very helpful and professional. She gave useful tips and we took Bella out with to practice some of the things we had problems with is pulling on the lead and recall.

Monty is a Newfoundland x St Bernard, a very big powerful fella, so, initially Lynn was concerned this type of training may not be suitable due to the difficulty of physically restraining the dog if he decided he wanted to be elsewhere. We need not have worried. From the first moment we stepped from the house and began the lesson it was obvious Monty would respond. Within moments Lynn had Monty walking beside her without pulling, all using simple voice commands and praise. When meeting other dogs enroute to the park area Lynn had him passing them without the usual bouncing and pulling. Lynn demonstrated the techniques we needed to help Monty understand who is in charge, and what we want him to do. Going out for walks is now a real pleasure, we are much more relaxed and do not fear meeting other dogs. Monty is much more content and a real pleasure to be out with.

Lynn is a determined teacher who has the best interests for your dog in mind. She gave clear precise instructions in how to continue with the training and her knowledge was extensive.
