Tom was amazing & explained everything so simply it just made sense from the beginning. It was more about training our minds in how a dogs mind work & when explained & shown in practice it just clicked into place & made sense.

I was having problems with my dog Alfie for instance constant barking at visitors coming to the home and making the experience really stressful for everyone, protective over people in the home and barking at anyone that came near, and I didn’t seem to have any control. Sarah came along and talked to me about having a better relationship with Alfie and basically educating me to have control so Alfie can start to respect me and listen to me which he hasn’t been doing previously. After about 3 hours he was a different dog! Even in that short time there was such a difference in him and I know that moving forward the training and consistency is going to make such a difference for Alfie and everyone else. Sarah is so knowledgeable and knows exactly what she is doing and made me feel that actually with persistence Alfie will change. I’m looking forward to our next session with Sarah.

Brilliant service excellent advice and unbelievable results

Fantastic first session with Sarah. She sorted out some of our problems straight away, namely, barking at the door and pulling on the lead. Very confident with our dogs and established who’s the leader when the dogs met her. She also explained what she expected us do before our next session.

Sarah was excellent. From my first contact with her on the the telephone, her passion, enthusiasm and knowledge of the subject shone through. Maxwell has responded very well to our initial consultation and we look forward to working with Sarah over the next 12 months.

We had a really positive experience with the dog training for Teddy. The session was incredibly insightful and provided us with a deeper understanding of his behaviour and how to communicate more effectively with him. We learned techniques and tips that we had never come across before, and they’ve made a noticeable difference in our day-to-day interactions with him. Since the training, we’ve been putting a lot of what we learned into practice, and it’s been great to see Teddy respond so well. The guidance we received has not only helped improve Teddy’s behavior, but also strengthened our bond with him. We really appreciate the patience, knowledge, and supportive approach from Sarah throughout the process. We only wished we’d asked more questions.

Sarah was very informative and taught us the "BAH" command, which we are practicing regularly. Everything was explained and feeding was discussed. Olive is now on a raw food diet and her behaviour has improved.

Sarah listened to our concerns and description of our routine with Willow, without any judgement. She broke everything down for us in regards to understanding various behaviours and provided us with written information to go through as well. We addressed the priority concerns and practiced techniques with Sarah, we didn't feel rushed in any way - Sarah made sure we were happy with everything we were practicing and that it all made sense. She was very attentive to our dog as well. We have noticed so many improvements since that first session and are excited for the following sessions to see what's to come!

Sarah was very professional. She was really informative on what we needed to do. She also talked us through the training in practice and gave us constant feedback to help us support Teddy's needs. She explained the importance of perseverance and patience. It won't be a quick fix but after 5 days we're seeing signs of improvement. We know she's there for us throughout the training programme. Can't praise her enough.
