Lee was very thorough in his assessment of Reggie. After spending time with him at our home and taking a walk with him he identified that Reggie was an excellent dog and all he needed was some diversionary techniques to help us with the problems we had identified along with a method to stop him pulling when walking. Lee also said we didn't need the package we had originally signed up for because Reggie didn't require it. Very refreshing to know that there are people out there that don't take advantage of you. The follow up email listing all the advice Lee gave us has been implemented with very positive results

Lee Hardy has provided an excellent service and with a little practice from us as owners we have seen a significant change in our 6-year-old rescue dogs behaviour when we walk him, a few tips and Lee's knowledge to modify his attitude when out as helped a lot. I feel confident to walk him when more people are around and go to the local park where there are lots of other dogs, something that would have been impossible only few weeks ago further session planned, and we have been provided with written information promptly to practice. Which also trains us as owners. Whilst the financial outlay may seem a lot it is worth every penny. Many thanks Lee.

Lee was amazing. Ghost is our first dog so we want to be doning right by supporting him and Lee was perfect. He is supporting us with guidance it using the correct demands so Ghost is following our lead. Lee was great, within minutes I managed to get their attention, we managed to stop them barking at the door quite quickly, the biggest win for me though was being able to control them at my back door and on the stairs. To have them wait and not knock me over was amazing. This was our first lesson, I'm so looking forward to the next, but one bark at a time!

We had a really great first session with Lee, he is extremely knowledgeable and provided us with so great advice. After our first session there was a noticeable difference with both of our dogs, we now have less barking and they are learning to great people who enter the house in a more appropriate manner. They are much better walking on the lead but we definitely need more work on this.

I was getting rather desperate because I couldn't stop my 6 month old puppy from howling everytime I left him. Trying to run a beauty business from home was becoming increasingly difficult. I really needed expert help. Estelle has been amazing and managed to stop the howling almost immediately. My sanity has been saved! Other aspects of my French bulldogs behaviour is also being worked on with great results. I'm looking forward to our next session and it's fantastic to know help is at hand.
