Gavin dealt with Barking, Sibling Rivalry
It went so much better than we thought it would. Tia is a very nervous dog that we have never been able to have downstairs whilst we had visitors, as she would spend the whole time upstairs barking until they left. Gavin explained to us why she was feeling she needed to do this and how to help her through it. We have already noticed a difference and know that with consistency ,we can do this. It will be baby steps but with the support we feel she will be a happier dog. Thank you.

Gavin was very informative and guided through the plan. He opened our eyes to areas we hadn’t thought of. He provided reassurance on normal puppy behaviours and gave us tips and training tactics for development with a further session booked to help with further needs! So glad we found Gavin!

Gavin dealt with Hyperactivity, Jumping up, Pulling
Gavin gave very simple advice and was very professional in his delivery. He took time to explain each instruction and demonstrate as many times as needed. The advice around feeding and impact each nutritional component had on the dogs behaviour was very good. He left us with good advice, but more importantly a very simple set of instructions.

Gavin explained reasons Becca was behaving badly when she was on the lead it's early days but I have seen an improvement already now I no how to correct her pulling and biting her lead as I am on holiday with Becca her diet and muzzle training is put on hold until I go home .

It was very clear that Gavin cares a lot about pets and pet care. Sharing his knowledge, experience and suggesting small changes to help us has been invaluable. He spent a lot of time with both Finley and me to understand his behaviour and try different techniques to address these. Gavin is very calm and reassuring to Finley. We are very happy service we received from making the enquiry to having Gavin visit. Gavin was very knowledgeable and really understood our needs. We have been practising Gavins suggestions and can see a huge difference in Bert’s behaviour. It is useful to re read the report produced by Gavin as a reminder. I feel more relaxed and not as worried especially having visitors or anyone knocking at our door. We had a really good first visit with Gavin, he was informative and gave us some good advise and training to start with our French bulldog, five days later and we’re already starting to see some good progress!👍 we have booked in to see gavin again in six weeks time, we’re feeling very hopeful for the future.
