Gavin's visit to my mum's house to work with her dogs was invaluable. He was professional and knowledgeable, providing a good clear outline of the programme, explaining the science behind food whilst giving ongoing training tips to manage the behaviours of two protective small Jackapoos. The work done outside to start the training was well done and manageable for my mum. Learning to talk dog was interesting. Gavin's provision of a bespoke programme and knowing he is only on the end of an email is welcome. Mum's working hard and at day 3 there is definitely a change in behaviour. I would recommend Gavin.

Gavin was really kind and understanding of our problem. Our dog is very nervous and he was so mindful of this for the whole session and in everything he put together for our training. He put me at ease and took plenty of time to get to know me, the dog, and our rather stressful situation. It's clear he really cares about dogs and their owners. In the couple of weeks since we met, I've been implementing the techniques he taught me. I am definitely seeing improvements in myself and the dog, and we are making progress each day. We are looking forward to our next session!
