Sarah was extremely friendly and helpful with lots of information and advice about how to deal with Meg’s issues. We discussed the background of Meg and the challenges I had encountered since having her and whilst I had come along way winning Meg’s trust I needed help to move forward with other issues and the training advice and tips were very useful and hopefully will work. Sarah was a very knowledgeable but also honest and open about it takes time patience and time needs to be put in. Highly recommend to anyone based on my experience to date

Another great session with Sarah, we managed to walk our dog to heel within half an hour!! so pleased.

Our first session with Sarah was a game changer, we understand so much more which has made us generally so much happier and confident with our dog, finally gotten past feeling stuck which resulted in a decline in our dogs behavior, she's so much happier and calmer, the training so far has felt very manageable and achievable and look forward to progressing. Loved the advice on feeding and nutrition and again that was also another game changer for our dog. Overall we're over the moon, thanks Sarah!!

My trainer was a lady called Sarah. She was absolutely fantastic. She explained so much at our first meeting. We all felt like we’d known her years! In our opinion she went above and beyond. My fur baby did really well. I was so proud of him with Sarah’s instructions. I couldn’t believe the difference after just one morning. It was incredible. I’m blown over to be honest. I’ve been doing the technique everyday and he’s already grasped this stage. I have a few more sessions as my dog has a few things to sort out but I’m confident the next sessions will go just as swimmingly. Sarah was very professional and really friendly. Extremely knowledgeable and put a lot of things I asked to rest. Would absolutely 100% recommend anyone who is having issues with their dog. Money completely well worth spent. The advice Estelle gave us made sense. We are doing well in following her instructions and although only a week after, we are seeing some positive changes with Nelson.

Change of diet, put passive leadership in place, teach commands etc

In one word "amazing". I think Estelle sensed how nervous I was and indeed that Bertie, being a rescue French Bulldog, came with a lot of issues as well as an attitude problem. She was very calm and nothing was too much trouble. At the end of our first session she actually had Bertie on a harness/lead which he absolutely hated and refused to accept with me. When she left little did she know she gave me the confidence and tools for both of us to learn together. We are now, after gentle persuading, as advised by Estelle, able to go for a walk with harness and lead for an hour every day and it is absolutely fantastic, something I thought we could never achieve. We found Estelle to be extremely professional and made us feel at ease at a very early stage. The first lesson lasted almost 4 hours, during which time Estelle listened and took on board our issues. She gave us clear training instructions which we were able to try out when Estelle accompanied us on a short walk. The whole one on one experience was a vast improvement on the crowded puppy classes that we had been attending previously. Since Estelle left we have already seen a marked improvement in Busters behaviour and we look forward to more progress over the coming months.
