Neil was fantastic really helped us understand what our behaviours had on our Dog and how best to change them whilst also teaching us new techniques that Batcher responds too.

Neil was amazing and made us feel reassured we told neil about the separation anxiety that sky has as sky is a rescue dog from Belarus and when we introduced sky to neil she was happy as she loves people neil then done some basic commands with her of which she done without any problem we explained that sky is chewing everything from a tv to flooring and even a Dyson hover and tv stand sky also pees on the couch on my side neil informed us that this is down to her separation anxiety from me and that she is stressing out it's still early days and neil is very hopeful he can stop this neil is amazing and funny as he makes you feel relaxed i would highly recommend bark buster for help with your loving pet

I wasn't sure quite what to expect on the first training day. I feel that I got to explain quite thoroughly what my expectations were and Neil listened patiently and took time to get to know our dog Honey.

Neil was amazing with Fred. Looking forward to training with Neil more gave us some task to do with Fred which he really enjoys .I totally trust Neil in this process I thought Fred was completely a lost cause and untrainable as he was so hyper and stubborn. Neil gave us so much confidence that with time and training we will have a calmer dog and a happier home Neil really is our last hope.

Neil is brilliant with both dogs and people. We are grateful for the help Neil has given so far and look forward to our next appointment.

What can I say . Within the first hour Neil had him sitting lying down and stopped him jumping up at you when walking through the door. Absolutely brilliant.

Neil was wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. We saw a change in Teddy almost immediately and he left us clear instructions giving guidance on how we can improve Teddy's behaviour.

Neil was very very good I learned a lot on our first meeting and a lot what he taught us worked really well and Jax is responding well except for the walking when I take him out. I look forward to our next visit .

Neil was fantastic with our pup (Bonnie). We'd been having terrible trouble trying to get Bonnie to leave the house and go on walks because she was so nervous, and Neil, in just the space of an hour, made a major breakthrough. While we couldn't believe it, we were delighted with the quick results. Neil taught us different commands, which our pup has taken to brilliantly, and we're looking forward to future appointments to iron out a few extra creases. It gave us back the hope that we so desperately needed! I would definitely recommend Neil and Bark Busters. He was brilliant with our dog and was professional, friendly, and a joy to have around. Just thought I would give you an update on Gizmo our stubborn Molshi. WOW, what a transformation. We have stuck to your plan consistently and almost immediately saw an improvement in his demeanour and behaviour. He has been for a walk every day, still get a little growl once the lead is on for Ryan and I, but none with John. Ryan and I going to be the ones putting the lead on until this growl stops for us all. We have been controlling where we go and that has gone really well. He is enjoying the walks. Because he is going for a walk every tea time, we have had no "accidents" overnight. Another win. He has been going outside in the rain and weeing. Instead of going outside, pooing and then coming back in and having a wee. We have stuck to the exercises with treats. Moved on from wearing shoes, to bare feet. Now putting it on the floor and making him sit and stay. A side effect of this is that he is eating his food without encouragement and without us adding treats to it. He is a happier dog. You were right, he is more relaxed and appears to be accepting that he is not the boss! We have had a couple of days when he it took him a long time to decide to sit, but we persevered until he did. Pushback, again as you said would happen. Overall we are all far happier including Gizmo! We have recommended you to a few other people...

Frankie was a difficult dog with lots of anxiety issues. Neil taught us to better understand Frankie's issues and to support him with a more structured approach. He is 3 yrs old now and while not completely okay with other dogs and some situations he has matured into a very obedient and very affectionate dog who we completely adore, thanks for all the advice and training Neil, it really did help
