Gavin was very positive and helpful, giving me some good advice on various issues.

First session was alot to take in but gavin spent the time and explained everything and answered every question asked. Domino is getting there slowly. It will take time and consistency, but gavin and the service is brilliant.

Gavin spent 4 hours teaching us things about our dogs how they were fed a how to stop unacceptable behaviour we found this very interesting and helpful Ferna a new puppy rescue was causing us particular problems putting the training into action with Gavin’s oversight was immediately beneficial and Ferna’s behaviour improved Ferna started to understand what we wanted or was he teaching us the proper way to communicate with her. This behaviour has continued to improve and in less than a week she has improved beyond recognition but we still have a long way to go

Gavin's visit confirmed that we have already been taking the right approach in most areas which has given us confidence to act on his advice and suggestions and move forward to the next level. We do know that we can't expect an immediate transformation and that changes in behaviour will be incremental. We look forward to giving a very positive up date in 28 days time.

gavin gave me some really good tips on on leading and gaining control. buddy is getting much better in the house and out on leash with the bark buster harness he was reactive while out as he is a rescue dog. he still is a bit reactive to some people and dogs but not as much now iv been doing what gavin told me to do. i was lost with things to try as iv never had a reactive dog but this training so far is working a treat .

The training has been fantastic! Less than a week and already we see a huge change in Harvey. We have had someone visit everyday since Gavin came and he barley attempts to jump at people now. If he does a quick correction and he doesn't try again. The lead work we are also seeing huge improvement in. He doesn't pull as much as he did. We have seen dogs from a distance and he doesn't overly react. We haven't tried dogs any closer as yet. I really can't believe how well the training has worked! Gavin was very friendly and immediately we felt at ease talking to him. He went through everything answering our questions as an when the arose. We were very happy with the training and it helped us to understand what dogs need and how to help them behave. I would recommend bark busters to anyone who need help with their pooch.

Excellent session, Gavin put us at ease immediately and is very knowledgeable about all aspects of dog behaviour and ownership, including dietary advice. Would definitely recommend Gavin, after only one session there is a definite improvement in Ollie and most importantly its been fun learning together. Greatly looking forward to session number 2!!

We were really pleased with the wealth of information that was given to us and the friendly approachable support from Gavin. We now have clear steps to work on and are already seeing progress in her behaviour!

Gavin was very friendly and professional and we can see results in the dogs' behaviour even after our first session together! He has offered us lots of great advice and tips and has reassured us that we are in control and we will develop great leadership with our dogs. We believe the service to be great value for money, as it works out to be less than a pound a day to have such a great support network to help us whenever we need to work on any issues we may have.

Gavin gave me a lot of information to help me with Dottie. She's getting better with waiting before going through doors and gates .We are still struggling with the barking at dogs but the barking through the window is getting better. Gavin is very helpful he listened to all my problems with Dottie she has stopped hiding before she goes for a walk so hopefully things are getting better with her .

Estelle was very informative and explained everything in detail. Even though the training was for Gray, she included my other dogs so as to explain why Gray maybe doing certain things he shouldn't. It all made perfect sense and I could see why the older dogs may lead him astray. Estelle left detailed instructions on what to work on before her next visit.
