Very well explained with patience backed up with written advice. Looking forward to the next lesson with some trepidation as I have not entirely convinced my dog that I am boss!

Gina was easy to talk to & very informative of the information given . My daughter & I was present & found her approach & explanation very easy going . Have seen a change in my dog Mollie already with the guide that Gina gave us , although I feel we have a way to go yet . I will be keeping Gina updated.

I have been very pleased with my visit, Gina was very professional and Olly responded to her straight away, I am still carrying on with my training and things are improving all the time.

I can't believe what an immediate and profound difference the training made. Our beloved pooch Bohdi, had been quite anxious, barking at passing dogs, squirrels, foxes and any animals on the TV. Nothing we did seem to work. Within moments Gina told us that we needed to fire him from Head of Security and just let him be the family dog. We learnt how to be the head of the pack, with clear instructions for how to communicate with him. He has responded so well, it's only been a week and he is a completely different dog - happy, playful, relaxed, much more cuddly. He responded so well to the training, our home is so much calmer, we know exactly what to do to help Bodhi be the Ace Pooch he is. Highly recommended!

We contacted Bark Busters to help us with our 7 month old pug puppy. He's generally very good, but was barking a lot, particularly in our back garden. My husband and I really enjoyed our first session with Gina. She was friendly and professional. Gina has been very helpful via email since our session as well. We found the theory behind the practical training very informative, it explained why we were being shown to train Frank in a certain way, rather that just showing us what to do. It's been just over a week since our first session and we are already seeing some progress with Frank. We are going to continue to train him the way Gina showed us, and we're hopeful that his behaviour will continue to improve. We would definitely recommend Gina, and Bark Busters to anyone considering a dog trainer. We're looking forward to our next sessions.

Really enjoyed 1st session. Training excellent and supportive. We saw a difference on the day so there are no doubts this works. Loved the methods and putting the dog first thinking about them not us which is how it should be. Dogs seemed more relaxed and enjoyed direction. Understood about them and what they need Calm, relaxed Gina was amazing and very patient. Gave us confidence. We have changed dogs within 24hrs !! Reduced barking, anxiety and sibling issues.

My mini dachs only barks when I am at home or in the garde. Very territorial and protective of me. I was concerned that the increasing number of dogs passing the house would make her barking a real nuisance to neighbours, as well as me. Gina was clear and calm and always explained why certain actions have to be taken, so it all made perfect sense. 2 weeks in with the things I have to do, and already a marked improvement. A friend staying with me who last came in February commented on how much calmer the dog was. Gina also gave very good advice on checking the food, which can affect the dog's behaviour. Very impressed,. I blinked a bit at the cost of one visit but it has been money well spent. Would heartily recommend Gina.

I'm so pleased with the results after just one session. The methods used gave quick effective results. We have a clear plan to continue forward. Both me and Honey are happier already working throgh a couple of things at a time and knowing how to progress further. I would 100% recommend this service.

Gina was extremely helpful. Her calm presence and air of control had an immediate impact on Hattie and demonstrated to me the difference we would see if I re-established the leadership I had allowed to slip. She also brought some really helpful and informative handouts, which together with her report have consolidated the learning. Hattie and my relationship has already changed quite significantly. She now looks at me before going through any door, and already doesn't need telling to wait. Her attention demands have all but vanished, but she is delighted when I instigate play. She also plays solo much more happily. I look forward to lesson 2 and getting to grips with walking nicely on the lead!

Gina was firstly extremely lovely. the former "behaviouralist" I used was extremely judgemental and rude and it was lovely to not feed judged because I followed the bad advice of that former trainer and also that I am not being judged for having a fearful dog. Gina is also an excellent teacher, she doesn't expect you to be a pro or not make mistakes. I felt all the info provided was excellent and really helped and Ive already noticed a difference in Bilbo, as have my family. She clearly cares and it shows. I couldn't give higher praise.
