Lots of information on how the dog has trained us to do what she wants, we can now recognise the same with our other dogs. Gina gave us loads of hints and tips on managing behaviours, both ours and the dogs. Glad we were left with an information pack as there was a lot of information to take in during the session. We have been practising with Nyla and our other dogs what we were shown and have made some alterations to our routines. She is slowly starting to do as we ask, we just need to be patient.

Gina was great with us and taught us the techniques to use on Poppy when she mis-behaved. We are still getting used to doing it but need to do it much less each day. She is much calmer but is still our bouncy ball of energy - just quieter! We thought she was excited when people came to the house and Gina taught us that by looking at her body language she could tell that she was actually frightened and felt the need to protect us. We are taking away that feeling by showing her we are in charge and she certainly seems much calmer when people come in with almost no barking at all.

Our lesson with Gina was brilliant, from the beginning of the session she recognized the behavior issues with Milo and realized that we were the main reason for bringing out these behavioral issues ! Gina recognized from the start that Milo was pack leader in our household and demonstrated some very important commands and techniques in which we could turn that around so that we were both pack leaders and that Milo follows and not leads! Talked me through what dogs understand and their role in the family. Knew straight away what Asa's problem was and gave us reasons as to why he was behaving as he was. Then showed us what to do and emphasised that his lack of concentration was due to diet. As Asa is a large dobermann with a guarding instinct we were relieved to know he can be trained to become much more of a pet minus the role of Leader and Protector, which he couldn't cope with. Brilliant advice and first visit resulted in noticeable progress.What a relief!
