Neil was fabulous! He was calming for our two excitable boys. Didn't make us feel bad for the boys behaviour. Gave us practical hints and tips to work on over Christmas and when to get back in touch. So far, I would recommend him to others and have done already.

Neil dealt with Aggression, Recall

I was very impressed by the way that my dog took to Neil immediately on meeting him. He observed her behaviour and our interactions and was able to pinpoint the cause of the problems. He ran through some exercises with us and then gave us written notes of daily homework, plus observations and advice such as voice tones. He also provided additional leaflets for further reading and assistance. He followed up this in-person advice with a leaflet about body language which I am working with to try and resolve the issues between me and my dog.

Neil dealt with Barking, Hyperactivity, Recall

Very calm & Regan took to Neil straight away. Looking back now I could see Neil taking everything in. Every look & movement. The homework has not been too much - or too little. & Regan has started to respond in some situations. Neil has been on hand for updates too. Still need to start the journey to tackle 2 areas but overall pleased with the journey so far.

It was held over Zoom, but Neil clearly knows his stuff. Even after a couple of hours with him we are more aware of what we can do and what the issues are with our dog. Looking forward to working with Neil in the future.

Neil, sorry for the delay in replying to your mail ,we have both benefitted from your visit as it has given us a starting point to begin the training of both Bella and myself, some initial sit and wait before picking cheese up, which is as a result of your training recommendations, we have both benefitted from it and now Christmas is over we can continue it on a more regular basis. We both look forward to your next visit and we shall contact you to arrange your next visit in the coming week or so , many thanks Dave+ Bella.
