Gina was very knowledgeable and, after clearly explaining to us the background information and training methods used, she met Dilys and Morgan and very quickly identified the issues (mainly us!). After some detailed instructions on the training we needed to do, and explanations to help us understand dog language, she provided us with all the tools and techniques we needed to carry on the training ourselves. There were immediate effects, and Dilys has continued to improve on her behaviour.

Gina was a Star from her point of entry into our home she knew what was wrong with Katy - She worked really hard with us nothing was rushed she made sure we were happy & that Katy understood what was expected of her as a much loved family pet. In fact I was so pleased & relieved that on leaving I had to give her a hug.

Gina was clearly very experienced and explained the Bark Busters method of training, the theory behind it and happily answered all my questions. She was very encouraging throughout and gave advice for every scenario that I threw at her! Gina explained the psychology behind communicating with a dog, the importance of establishing leadership and giving them boundaries in which they can relax and 'just be a dog'. Lola responded so well to the techniques and showed improvement within minutes without the need for treats or aids.

My dogs still have a long way to go, but already I am seeing a vast improvement in their behaviour. They still bark at strangers coming in but settle much quicker than before, whereas they would continue barking and growling before. They seem calmer and less anxious by strangers coming into the house. They are listening more and beginning to let me lead them rather than the other way round. The STAY command is beginning to sink in and when told to get down from the window they will get down more often than not, also they are less bothered and aggressive than previously. On their walk today they seem calmer and aren't barking at everyone like they did, but I have taken them separately to get each dogs full attention. Only had two visits so far, but already I feel more confident and happy as do my dogs. Gina has been very informative and demonstrated each technique so I fully understand. Best money spent on my dogs and worth it.

Found Gina very easy to get along with and she was very good with jasper her talk was very interesting and she was very encouraging.

Excellent,professional and reassuring session with Gina. Gina's help was fantastic and has settled us all down. Lola is responding brilliantly to our training using Gina's tips for us and we are making great progress. We just can't believe how much progress we have made. The barking at the door has drastically reduced and Lola's feeding (thanks to the recommended Raw food plan) is now wonderful. She actually sits waiting to be fed her raw chicken and veg now rather than running to her bowl and just finding Kibble! We are practicing our training every day as recommended and are very much looking forward to our next session. Many thanks !!

Really great training. Gina was fantastic at explaining why our dog has behavioural issues and helped all of us understand what we needed to do. The impact and benefit of the training was immediate and Fitch is much happier and we all are too. We continuing to work with the training guidelines she left us with and actually enjoying Fitch instead of worrying about his temperament all the time. A worthwhile investment.

Due to mine and my husbands work timetable dog training classes were not an option, we have used before but were never impressed with outcome . Searching Google for Puppy/Dog Training, up popped 'Bark Busters' home training for dogs I contacted them to receive a prompt professional reply from Gina .We are so impressed and happy of the guidance we were given by Gina which has resulted in incredible results with our 23 week old puppy within 6 days doing just 15 mins training a day , worth every penny , makes sense to have your dog trained in the environment it lives . Gina came in and made the day enjoyable and Mylo only had to be told a few times and picked up the one new way of control. I found it harder slipping into old habits, but Gina was here to guide me back. The following day when on a field walk, a dog out of control, ran at Mylo and I was able to control the situation by voice control. I was so proud of my Dog.
