excellent training and lovely person is Neil. He was good with my 13 year old daughter and with all the family and Meg responded very quickly to Neil's demands would definitely recommend

We are trying to be consistant with his training, and although he is still a work in progress, he is so much better on his walks now. As for the hairdryer, that has worked a treat and I can now dry my hair with him in the room, without him trying to bite the hairdryer wire out of my hands. We haven't had much success with the mixer, but will keep on trying. And the door barking is still a bit hit and miss, but is getting better.

Dear Neil, What can I say about your absolutely perfectly matched support. My first trainer left me questioning whether I had the ability to create a wonderful family pointer. Your quiet soft intervention has left me with a wonderful level of interaction with my dog. What's more Linda has decided to come on regular walks with us, and he has been so responsive when we meet other dogs. I can see an improvement almost every day. I will go to the big dog club, and promise you that I will email you as/if I need your help in the future, but I truly appreciate just how much you have been essential in reaching the level we have reached , given he is still not two years old. Absolutely brilliant, Neil offered explanations and solutions for the main problem between Molly and Midge and we agreed a plan of action to put this in place He also advised and demonstrated other training including obedience and lead work Neil was very friendly and easy to get along with and had a great way with the dogs he came across as very knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge in a down to earth way which was great I really enjoyed the session and learnt a lot too

Exceptional first visit. Neil immediately put our minds at ease with his training approach. He has a very friendly and informative manner which makes dog training seem easy and fun (not terrifying and demanding as we had thought it might be.) Very much looking forward to working with him over the next 12months to ensure our miniature Dachshund is a happy, well trained little lady.

We have two Labrador cross dogs 4 years old.Neil came to visit us in may 2018, he watched intently at our dogs behaviour, put us at ease and before he left had virtually stopped any jumping up.we also had issues with barking which is somewhat better now just perseverance doing what Neil has instructed us to do. Pulling on the lead is again somewhat better and actually managed a walk with both dogs to the park and back today, still got room for improvement but with Neil's help I'm sure that we can only get better.Ive learnt that dog training isn't an overnight fix and takes time under instruction but with this guys expert guidance we will be more able to cope thanks Neil top guy

Its early days yet but we are already seeing a difference in our dog`s behaviour. He no longer jumps up at people, he barks less when in the garden and his recall is improving. Neil explained how important praise is to reinforce the required behaviour when training and it really is working. His techniques are easy to follow and are proving to be effective.

We have only had one visit from Neil and it was great. From the first minute Lily and us felt confident and relaxed. He gave us some really key clues and Lily's reponse has been inmediate, helping us to sleep through the night. Cant wait to have another Neil's visit! Mari, Ale and Lily

Neil has been fantastic in helping us settle Fizz our cockerpoo into the household. He made an immediate impact, and has done on each visit. He explains the psychology of dogs really well which itself helps us to better understand why Fizz does what she does. He is calm with Fizz and ensures that have practiced his technique several times before leaving. We opted for the annual package and would highly recommend this approach, as well as Neil as an individual. Overall I dont think we would have made the great progress we have without Neil's advice and coaching. Very happy with the service provided.
