Lynn was great from the moment she walked through the door. Not only did she explain how to train our dog, but she also explained why our dog acts the way she does, making it easier to understand how these specific training methods work to change behaviour.

The training with Lynn was extremely informative for us , it enabled us to understand pretty quickly the signals we had had been misreading and how trained winter & bailey had the whole house - this alone has transformed the behaviour of our dogs almost instantly and we are able adjust our behaviour to get the result needed, the incessant barking has almost completely stopped and with the training and the new collars it is an absolute joy to walk Winter without fear of being dragged down the road - we still have a way to go but in all my years of having dogs this has been the single most valuable training session we have had - cannot recommend enough

Lynn was understanding, encouraging and non-judgmental. I enjoyed the time with her and feel hopeful and confident I can overcome Lara's issues after just one session. We have only met Lynne once so far,but she spent over 3 hours with us ,listening very attentively to Charlie's history and then trying to train us in the house and the park!! Lynne is a great trainer,she knows her stuff and has a very good personality. At times we were in fits of laughter ,as she play acted Charlie's thoughts and behaviours. She calls a spade a spade and is very honest with her comments. She is going to help us with Charlie's recall ,attentiveness and mild aggression. Before she left , I could see that Charlie was being more obedient and not jumping on the settee as much. I would definitely recommend Lynne.

Lynn made an instant bond with our puppy Charlie. She had gentle but firm control in spite of Charlie was checking his boundaries. We all immediately trusted Lynn and her techniques. Lynn had really useful information and training tips, I could see an instant improvement on Lana during our first session. We discussed every issue and Lynn demonstrated training techniques for all of them. I like the fact that the training is all about getting my dog to listen to me rather than food!

Lynn is clearly very knowledgeable and quickly assessed our main issues. She asked what we wanted to achieve being clear what was achievable. She gave very clear instructions to ensure we knew what we were doing and why. She was friendly and approachable and we were delighted to be able to see the potential for improvements from the work she did with us. There is some way to go but we were hugely impressed what was achieved in our first session and feel very positive for the future.
