Ben our trainer was very helpful with helping us out with a very lively puppy and gave us a lot of of helpful advice.

In the space of just over 2 hours Ben had taught us & our dog, how to behave towards each other. A simple process applied as instructed has transformed a very lively strong willed puppy into a well behaved delight. We now feel confident that our canine relationship has improved enormously. Ben was amazing, patient and very knowledgeable! We are over in Cornwall for our pups for holiday and needed help with his pulling on the lead and jumping up at others due to excitement. Ben taught us the tips and tricks that would help with just that and always asked if there was anything else we were concerned about. The next day we put ourselves and Riley to the test in Looe and it was like we had a different dog! Highly recommend and thank you again Ben!

Ben is an incredible trainer. Spot & I learnt so much that afternoon and all information was super clear. It was a lot to take in so I was grateful for the notes Ben emailed me at the end of the day so that I could continue with the training. My main concern with Spot was that he no longer wanted to get into my car. Just 4 and 5 days after Ben's visit and Spot has been getting in without any bother. He is listening more to my commands and is walking much better on the lead. This has been the best money I have ever spent! Thank you Ben, you have changed our lives.

Ben was very good at helping us understand Reggie’s behaviour + how to get better control of him. Some things have worked instantly whereas others will need further practice. Hopefully Ben will return in a few weeks to work further on these. Overall though, a very good experience.

Before Ben came to us, Hugo, an otherwise lovely dog, would bark incessantly, making it impossible to work from home, or take him anywhere in the car. We thought we'd tried everything, friendly advice from neighbours, YouTube videos, endless searching the internet for solutions but nothing worked. In the first session, Ben showed us practical techniques to quieten Hugo. We couldn't believe it, but the results were almost immediate. One week on and we now have a quiet household! Highly recommend.

During Lockdown Presley has started Barking a lot more. During the short period of time we have been training him he has improved a great deal.

I was having various issues with our eight month old puppy. She was showing signs of aggression on people coming into the house cause and continuously pulling and biting at her lead whilst on walks. Jumping and pulling at passing vehicles, people et cetera. On arrival of Ben my local trainer who was allocated to come and see us. He ran through various techniques and found one is the best suited us and our dog. And I am pleased to say that to date we are controlling the aggression in the house within minutes of an arrival and the walking has improved 100+ percent. Still a lot of work to do and but as long as we stick to the system that Ben showed us I am sure not only would we be better equipped and trained for our dog, Harley will have a more interactive life with us and everyone outside of our family. I cannot fault the training method that we were taught as it is already paying dividends after the first 48 hours. Thank you Buck and thank you Ben. It is a continued process over 12 months and we know that you are there as soon as we ask for you. Thank you again

I adopted Roxy, a Romanian street dog, on 20th February 2020 . She was estimated to be about 9 months old, and had been with her mother, and sister, up to their arrival in GSD Rescue SW. Mother is a GSD - father unknown - although she has obvious spitz in her and has remained the same size since adoption. I requested some help, from Bark Busters, with general settling in as she knew little of people, houses, gardens. Ben came to my aid. Having had many dogs in the past I was fairly confident that I could overcome most issues but my job was made much easier by adopting the techniques he gave me. He also encouraged me to take her in to the park with others dogs and, on that day, came with me. I was amazed to find that she was extremely happy to meet other dogs. I have been in the park every day since and her sit, down, stay, recall are good, even with other dogs around. After many months of hard work and patience she feel like 'my' dog who trusts me totally. She can be left at home for short periods and sleeps/rests most of that time as indicated on her tracking device. She no longer shows signs of 'fear of being caught' which were evident in her poor recall, cowering when I bent over her, fear of a towel being flapped and sheer terror of the car. She now adores a fuss from everyone, loves being rubbed dry with the towe. However, she still gets anxious around cars and is sometimes carsick, but she now happily jumps in to my car and settles in the crate as I try to make the journey about the destination...park, beach or friends. I could not have mastered all her fears so quickly, without learning and using the basic 'boundary' rule, which started the bond between us. She now always looks at me for 'permission'.........except when she see her friends, already playing, in the park!! I have read, and regularly use, the update information from Ben which keeps me on track and gives me ideas for new games. I so glad I found Bark Busters and that Bens visit was before 'lockdown'. Roxy became my 'project' for this weird period and saviour of my sanity, as walking our dogs in the park I have met all my neighbours and have had many long chats - at a distance - to help us all through.
